I been to a few Great Clips ands Super Cut also Hair Master for a long time but have not getting the cut and the service that I want until I finally got a refer from a friend of my recommended to see Charlize at the Great Clips in Renton Center Way. They are great stylists with well experiences. I had never had any stylist recommend or educate me how to use product but at this Great Clips. She help me to find the right cut that fit my face and pick the product that actually work for my hair. Im so happy and feel so special come to this store. I definitely will bring my family (3 kids and husband) to this new salon that my friend refer me to. Great deal and good cut.Thank you to my friend Gail.

I cant believe this! I used to have a clean flat top and now I have this mess on my head. I asked her to clean up the sides and she randomly starts chopping up the top of my head. Now the flat top is no longer flat but the sides are all uneven and choppy. Then she got an attitude about it and I still had to pay! Just like the other reviews,they can barely speak English and dont know what theyre doing! Now I have to spend another $20 to have this fixed or shaved off just to start all over! Its gonna take months just to get it how I want it!

I called to make an appointment and could not understand a word the lady said. I had to ask her about 4 times what? and finally she told me in broken English that I couldnt make an appointment, that they take walk ins. At least, I think she said that. Looking at a different location seems like the best choice, sadly.

My only issue with this salon is that nobody speaks good English and you really cant get a good haircut if you cant explain to them where they understand what you want. They at least need one person that can be over all the other stylist that can speak good English we shouldnt have to get things translated

Well I rarely get my hair cut, went in said cut and shampoo, she seated me sprayed my hair to get it wet and cut. I mentioned at least 3 more times shampoo (i enjoy the scalp massage) still no shampoo... She cut undid my cape and was done. My advise LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Cheap, friendly, clean, and with the online check-in it is very fast. They do what you ask and always have me looking sharp for half the price you pay at the trendier spots.

Charlize is a wonderful cutter went in and asked for a line up n she did awesome looking forward to coming here again.

Asked for just trim, she cut it short. I had 8 inches in back to keep neck warm. Now have only 1 inch. half
