I had a very very bad experience with hair club, All they did with me is kept charging my money with fake promisses and gave me nothing. I am specailly talking about the Hair club seattle "Manager". I went their to ask about getting my surgery done but they put on hair system and charge me $2000, It was more like a wig but when i came back the very second day then they put another one with a little better quality and promissed me if it doesnt work they will keep my money save for surgery.. It went well for a week and they it truned out to be a night mare when my head start burning. When i told them about this they said it happens initially then you will be fine, and dont worry you will be all set and they introduce me a member ship on condition if all goes well and deduct another $250 same day while i told them i am not feeling well. right after 4 days i called they its getting worse and i dont want it they said ok, we can remove it and we will sattle your account. Then right after 20 days of first deduction i saw they again deduct $250 from my account. i called them i have nohting now and you guys promiss why are you deducting me now. in 23 days i got two deduction w/o any service.. Then they assure me dont worry we will take care of your payments. But now when i called them finally they said we cannot refund you any money .. I lost $2000 + 250 +250 and i have nothing on my head. Please make sure of every thing before signing any thign and do not trust them... EVER...

Ive been a member of Hair Club for men for approximately ten years. Ive had my services provided at theTukwila, WA office. What I really appreciate is the customer service that this office provides. There was an occasion when I was not pleased with one of my hair system that was provided. I contacted the manager, Pam Tirado, and she accommodated me immediately without question. Ms. Tirado has also accommodated my appointments when there have been conflicts with my busy schedule which has really worked very well. Prior to Pams arrival, there were times when I was frustrated about certain services that I felt were not being provided. I shared some of those concerns with Pam and I am now very pleased with the efforts that she made to accommodate the concerns. This is what I call true customer service. The stylist that has service my hair has done a fantastic job. Tarah Marie Taggart has always taken time to satisfy the cut and style that I desire. Her patience and skill in this regard has been great. A newcomer to the Tukwila office that has also been very helpful in scheduling my appointments when I had conflicts in my schedule has been Jeremy Garcia. He has worked wonders in the short period of time that he has been in the Tukwila office to accommodate by busy work schedule to make sure that I able to see the technician that I desire. In all, the customer service that the Tukwila HCM office provides has been very satisfying to me.

Im very dissapointed with hair club I paid 2500 doller plus another 350 dollers and all I got was a cheap hair glued to my head the head band of the hair looked like plastic I would never in a million years recommend them to anybody and they said I wouldnt get my 350 dollers back even if I didnt use the service but yet no were on the agreement said if I canceled the package I bought they could keep the money so therefore I should be able to get it back ?! They are such rip offs they will rob every penny they can get from u so beaware of what u can get yourself into !

Its a waste of time and money, They started EXT treatment for hair thinning and use of laser deice for 9 months.After 9 months it doesnt give me any results but they said continue with other treatment and the bill was separate for the new treatment, they charge more than 2000$ for EXT.Right now I am observing more hair fall after EXT. I guess their main motto of the business is be the hair club members for a long time and charge them continuously..

I have been with the Seattle HC since December 1998. I have always been very pleased with the efficiency of the reception staff and the work performed by the stylists. Everyone is professional and courteous.

Hair club provides unique services for hair loss. Staff and stylists there are very friendly and nice. The top stylist there is Tarah. I always love her humor and smile!
