Set an appointment, when I got there a lady got up and left very upset about her being there for 45 minutes waiting after she had set an appointment RED FLAG 1. I was told I was next as I had a 12:30 appointment and it was 12:30 then another guy walks in and the hair lady told him his appointment was my appointment time (he seemed like a frequent customer) until the other lady reminded her I was her 12:30 appointment. She has already forgotten I was sitting there. The guy told her he would reschedule she said "no itll only be 10 minutes." To which he said "OK dont rush ill wait.". RED FLAG 2. She litterly sat me in the chair half nicely and proceeded to speed cut my hair with clippers only after I told her I wanted the top finger length. How do you get finger length with clippers and a comb? It looks like a childs buzz cut. She didnt listen and the only thing she said was she didnt get much sleep last night and was having a tough day. A) Thats not my fault B) Id get sent home from my job if I acted like that. Poor Customer Service - Poor Haircut $21 for a 5 minute buzz cut - No Class - Hopefully you have better luck.

I had a very bad experience lastnight went in for a foil. .to put a few highlights in hair and to mainly cover up my grey in front and root outgrow. ..apt was at 530...when she finished first round. ..looked as if nothing was changed looked the same...so decided to highlight in red....it was not done correctly. ..still have grey all in front...aptnd barely any red streaks...my foil was done in paper. ..aptndnd Im not going back there...I have to go pay someone else to fix their mess up...and.i still had to pay over 70.00....not happy. ...
