What a terrible visit! I already made appointment ahead, been a customer over 3 years. But i will not ever come back to this store again. Had appointment at 3:30 I still had to wait for 40minutes to get inform there will be a wait of another an hour. I still wait because my daughter want a haircut. Pass an hour mark, Vy the hairdresser still ignored us and keep going. She take on one another lady that need color hair who has appointment at 4:30. Now pass 2hours mark and still waiting. She just takes care who would color hair and pay a big buck for her. Doesnt care with customer that get haircut only. What a terrible service! Whats the point make an appointment to end up still wait more than 2hours to get 1 hair cut. I would never come back here. Recommend never come here just for haircut only. You will end up wait more than 2hours at least. Promise customer with a short wait to keep customer and they end up wait double or tripple time.

You get what you pay for here. Asked for an A line haircut, brought a picture and explained it. The older lady cut it straight across. The sides are left uneven. At the end i told her what i wanted and she aknowlegded it wasnt what i said, tried to argue with me but at that point it was too late. Didnt see any hair stylist certifications either. Stay away.

I took my daughter here (she is 5) to get her first professional trim. I told the lady to take 1 inch off. She continued to cut even with my warnings and hesitation, when we left 4 inches was off my daughters hair. I am very displeased.

Made an appointment for my daughter to get her hair colored today. After not one but two coloring attempts it still looks horrible! I could have done better! 4.5 hours! Are you kidding me??
