Even during financial hard times, I have always gone to high-end salons because my hair is difficult. This salon ranks with the best of what Ihave experienced in the Seattle area as well as the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. When I moved to Fairwood I gave Salon Tii Gavo a try, since it is so close. One visit convinced me I do not have to stray further than a mile from home to get excellent hair care. The customer service is stellar. The haircuts and color have been consistently outstanding. The stylists always take the time to do a thorough consultation to make sure what I want is what I get. The scalp massages most of the stylists give during a shampoo are a little piece of heaven. And the entire staff are all genuinely nice people. I hope the one bad review will not scare people away. It does sound like she had a terrible experience. But my 5 years of experience as a customer tells me that was a fluke.

This is my second time back at Salon Tii Gavo. The staff is always gracious, friendly and accommodating. I left because of communication issues with an old stylist who is no longer there. Im back and have a new stylist, Tamara, who is an absolute God-send. She listens to everything I want and does exactly that. She also offers ideas of her own which really help, such as this color would be warmer for you. Shes shaped and styled my hair in such a way that it falls on my face much better. If I say dont cut the length or cut just a tiny amount, thats what she does. She gets 5 plus stars for her ability to listen and effectively communicate with a client. And her head massages last for 5 glorious minutes. Id get more haircuts if just for the head massages! And Tamara is a sweetheart. Im so happy I came back to this salon.

I just moved to the area and had some trouble finding a good stylist. I went somewhere else and my hair got absolutely butchered. I decided to try Salon Tii Gavo based on their reviews on Yelp and Google and am so happy with my cut! Kacy really listened to what I wanted and I couldnt be more pleased with the result. She did a great job correcting the mess I was left with from the previous salon. She also gave me a great scalp massage and was informative about which products might be helpful without being pushy to make a sale. The salon itself was really cute. They offer a full range of services and everybody there was really nice. I will definitely be going back!

I was visiting from the east coast and chose the salon because it was near where I was stayng in Renton. Wow, what an outstanding treat! The best pedicure Ive ever had - I would expect this kind of treatment in a fancy New York City salon or some fancy spa in CT - so, I was surprised with the pedicure treatment being so great. It was a little more pricy than the pedicures I have been accustomed to - but the treatment was something so much better than anything Ive been accustomed to - so well worth it. Should I return to Renton anytime soon, Ill save time for this treat again.

I was referred to Kirstin at Salon di Gavo when I was looking for someone to color my hair. I went in for a consultation and was greeted by a very nice receptionist who made me feel very welcome! The salon is beautiful, light and bright, steam dryers, private shampoo bowls - lots of product. Kirstin was wonderful, really listened to what I wanted and my concerns. We scheduled an appointment just a few days later and I was again treated so warmly when arriving. I love my color and Kirstin is so easy to talk to - just a very nice experience!

I love Salon Tii Gavo!! I used to bounce around trying to find the best place to get a hair cut. Once I was referred to Salon Tii Gavo, I refuse to go anywhere else! Kirsten is amazing. She is not only the coolest to chat with but she can do anything with anyones hair!! My sister (one of many of us that go there) trusts her enough to say "do whatever" and always comes out with the nicest cuts and color! I live all the way in Puyallup and still go to Fairwood because I refuse to have anyone else do my hair!! Dont pass them up, they are great :)

Leann was wonderful. The salon is pretty, reasonably priced and so much better than chains I have been to! She knew exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job. Ive had problems with some salons trying to give me an old lady cut (Im 29) and she did an awesome modern cut and asked lots of questions about what I wanted. She suggested a great product for my over processed hair. Im an avid online shopper and was really glad to see that the markup was super reasonable on the mask she recommended. I will be back!!

After reading great reviews about Salon Tii Gavo, I thought Id give it shot, and try a new salon... and I love it. Terri has kind, professional and a lot of fun to conversate with. Also, she was very helpful when I told her I needed a change with my hair but didnt know what to do with it, she suggested lots of great ideas and I now LOVE my haircut!!

I always get a good color and cut experience at Salon Tii Gavo. Tamara does a great job and it is easy to schedule all of my appointments. Everyone there is friendly and kind. I never feel rushed and each visit is relaxed. The pricing is in line with that of other salons and the service and results are why I come back.

Kirsten in amazing! I have been going to Saloon Tii Gavo for a little over a year now, and I have ALWAYS seen her. Every time she cuts and dyes my hair it looks amazing, and I have had her dye my hair multiple different colors. She always listens and knows exactly what to do! I would recommend her 100%!!!

I think of my Salon Tii Gavo time as "my time" because they do such a good job of pampering me. I appreciate all the little extras that make it such a relaxing experience and, most importantly, I get great color treatments and cuts every time. Kirsten is the best and her head massages are TO DIE FOR!

I really love this place. Theyre professional. The salon is beautiful. The color and cut I get from Tonya is always great. Everyone there is always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Salon Ti Gavo. If you have any doubts, ask for Tonya. Shes wonderful at what she does.

Tanya does such an amazing job on my hair! She pays attention to your individual wants and is really good at what she does. I have gone to a bajillion hair salons in the past but my search is over!
