Time and again I find that the women at this branch are down right rude, ignore people who are waiting and when asked a question put on such an attitude, it makes you wonder, why do I even go here? I mean if this were Great clips, I can understand but at $16 a pop, a better customer service should be a given. Today I took my son and the lady who cut his hair was plain rude to him and when I asked her for advice on what style to go for, she just ignored my question and when I asked her the 2nd time, she just shrugged her shoulder. I am not going there anymore. I think my son will be better off with a small time barber.

Stopped yesterday morning for a hair cut and wish I hadnt .I got what looks like a bad buzz cut. I get the MVP this experience wasnt worth the 30 bucks I paid. In fact when I got home my wife had to re trim my neck line and get the hair around the ear that was missed. I have a season pass (just purchased a new pass)and normally it has ben very good. I will make sure I ask for a different stylist in the future. Worst part is I tipped her 5 bucks wish I could get that back.

Awful service. Approached the counter, was asked to sign in. Did so, and waited 25 minutes while the staff finished with other customers, swept the floor, vacuumed, dinked around on the computer, and god only knows what else besides ignoring me. As young and careless as they are, I cant imagine that they are any good at cutting hair. Youre better off going to Great Clips. I dont see how they can stay in business.

You check in on an iPad that they have mounted on the counter, and wait your turn. Waiting periods can vary from a few minutes to over an hour. I have been going here for years due to its convenient location for me and their student discount. However it has had an increase in business over the last couple of years and is usually not fully staffed. They do give good hair cuts and try to listen to what you want.

I have had good haircuts, but Ive also had the worst haircut in 40 years there. If you like getting your head massaged with a towel over your face, then pay the extra money. Personally I think its a waste and the only times Ive gotten that service is when they do not ask first. Thats right, sometimes you get the pervy scalp rub with out consent. Ill never go back.

I had the pleasure of receiving a haircut from Alyssa, a manager at this location. Ive never done much in terms of trying anything besides a buzz cut with my hair but I chose to this time. Alyssa was very professional and did a terrific job. I thoroughly enjoyed the MVP treatment that they provide for first time customers at their locations.

I went in for a haircut on Monday the 1st of May. Nicayla was awesome. She did a great job cutting my hair. We struck up a conversation about the baseball game on tv, while she was getting me all styled up. She was outgoing, super friendly and asked several questions to ensure that my haircut met my expectations!..Thank You!

Worst haircut I have ever received. They listened to what I wanted, and then did nearly the opposite. The cut was so bad that I just left in disgust, figuring that asking them to fix it would just go from bad to worse. Now I have to go to another place to get this fixed. It looks like a 5 year old did it. Really.

Inexpensive as far as haircuts go (read: 5-20 min wait time). All the stylists are consistent, at least with my cuts. You cant make an appointment, and you get who you get unless you want to wait longer, and you never know when your favorite will be working. Good value for simple cuts.

As Sport Clips go, or any chain haircut place, this one is really good. You can tell the manager/owner respects the staff and they seem happy and motivated. Even if youve had a negative experience at other locations Id give Woodenville a try.

Last two visits now the barbers demonstrated that they lack the needed skill to cut hair properly and lack training or experience to cut according to your need. Showing a picture doesnt help either. Definitely not going back.

With the MVP pass its a great deal. Finally a place where at least 70% the hair-dressers have full control over your hair and pay attention to it. A typical place that number is 10%. So 7 times better than you average place...

Myself and my 2 young boys 9 & 5 always come to Sports Clips and the service provided by all stylists and Elizabeth in particular is awesome. I feel welcomed,get great service and advice to maintain healthy hair/scalp.

This place sucks. They dont know how to cut hair or measure inches. I asked for 2-3 inches left everywhere and they only left me 1. Do not come here. Its bad.
