HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!! If you want someone honest and knows what they are doing dont call this man. His name is Martin Rodriguez and he goes by different company names- all unlicensed. This man took advantage of an 88-year old woman who is my neighbor! She is the sweetest thing you can imagine. She lives by herself. He put in a new water heater and charged her $850. That is the same price that my licensed plumber charges me for my apartments. The poor woman was told he didnt put the correct earthquake strapping around the water heater which is an essential part of the job and anyone doing this installation should know how to do it right. The strapping kit costs $16 at Lowes. She called him back because he promises that all his work is GUARANTEED. NOT! He refused to correct his mistake and said he knows he isnt suppose to charge over $500 because he isnt licensed but he said go ahead and report him. He said, they wont put me in jail." He said he usually charges $1250, which is outrageous for an unlicensed handyman. Hes been claiming for quite some time "I almost have my license" but that is just a sham! He is a real crook. Call him up, get him to give you a quote over $500 in writing then call the California Contractors State License Board and report him! Put him in jail where he belongs in my opinion.

OK! He came out TWICE. He was professional. Very Fair Pricing & knew how to fix the problem. He gradually worked up to the bigger & heavier duty machines while trying to find a simple solution that didnt cost me a fortune. The lines underneath the toilet/mop sink/3 compartment were clogged and he was able to clear it out. Prompt solution and very reasonably priced. Also provided some insights on how the clean-works and how to prevent the backup from happening. Straight-forward, called before coming. On time. Again, Fixed the problem, very fairly priced, and professional. What more?

I called Razor Rooter and explained to them over the phone what my plumbing problem was. They were ready to come out that day (I think it was 3 or 4 PM already) but when I told them the next morning was better for me they had no problem doing it. They came out the next morning and were able to pin-point and fix the problem immediately. They were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes to fix a leak that had ruined my kitchen. Definitely recommended and will use again if I need more plumbing work done.

If you are skeptical about about trying a new plumbing company, I felt the same way. Razor Rooter is a professional and trustworthy company. I have used them on four occasions and I have been met with honesty, professionalism, and fair prices. They are excellent for clean outs (good price!). I regret all the times I called the "other" more well known companies. I would have saved hundred of dollars. I will continue to use Razor Rooter Plumbing - easy choice. No need to search for another company.

Honest, courteous and excellent work! I found Razor Rooter from the raving reviews online and wanted to add to the list of believers. Martin responded to my tub clogging woes and gave me a few options on the repair. Later, he walked me through additional updates I could possibly do myself and also gave me a quote in case I ended up not wanting to do it. Thank you Martin!!!

My grandparents main drain was clogged so I called up Razor Rooter after reading through reviews I found online. Martin arrived on scene in about an hour. He was very nice and finished the job in about 10 mins. My grandparents were happy and so was I. Very affordable. Will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

I wanted to install a new toilet and in the process put down new flooring. Martin make it really easy for me. He got me a good deal on an expensive Toto toilet. The waterproof flooring was from Home Depot. He just charged for his time which was very fair. His work is excellent.
