They were great! Spoke to Dan on the phone, he helped me find out if my problem was just a toilet clog or more (gave me tips on how to check that), gave me a quote, and his guy came out, and since it turned out to be just a clog, the quote was as promised, and a reasonable one too. It was all quick and easy, happened all within a couple hours of calling :) thank you!
