So this guys are amazing. I had clogged toilet on one bathroom i call them first thing the girl on the phone super nice and gave me all possible cases and estimates over the phone and comparing with the other companies around the gave me great price. So when Justin came an see the problem he offers me hydro jet service that was kinda pricey for me so i went for cheaper service. The actual problem i had was root problem inside the pipe and it was so severe that when they try to use their rooter the cable broke inside the pipe making everything little more complicated and this guys are pros Justin calls the company explaining the problem that occur and the owner of the company Mike comes and solve the problem really quick. After that i decide to go with Hydro Jet service Mike gave me great deal on it they also used camera to show me where exactly was the problem even make dvd record for me. Ive had lot of companies helping me with issues like this but this guy are really good and i would recommend them over any pluming company in the area. Thanks a lot guy

I live in Long Beach now, but when I was first introduced to this company, many years ago by a friend, I didn’t expect them to be much different than many other plumbers. I wouldn’t say I’ve had many bad experiences with other plumbers in general, but with some, I’ve been a little puzzled at how they charged so much for so little service… this was never a problem with Western Rooter. Publishing prices up front helped earn my trust right away, and after a few years, something became clear about these folks: not only are they expert plumbers, they’re good people, too. I remember when they first jumped onto the web (when I was first referred to them), and I’ve seen them grow, new team members added, but I’ve always seen the same, reliable, quality service. It’s always been a pleasure to do business with Western Rooter.

I have been dealing with Western Rooter for almost 2 years now. They are honest fast and do the job right. I have been using they for a lot of Mainline drain cleaning however, They are now doing all of my plumbing too. They are easy to get a hold of, fast service, reasonable price, nice guys, I recommend them
