You think that sending a packet with signature is safer ?... Think again!! I needed some important replacement parts for my keyboard which was still under warranty. Keyboard manufacturer gladly sent the part using FedEx WITH signature requested. Following the tracking # I saw that my replacement parts have been delivered at the WRONG address and even signed for by someone unknown who didnt had my name either. Spent then several DAYS on the phone with FedEx customer services, which admitted the error about the shipment but kept telling me the same "we will investigate and call you back" without ever calling back. Finally, they told me that they cannot retrieve the packet from the wrong address and ask me to open a "lost packet" claim now. Problem is that the keyboard manufacturer who sent me those parts, have closed my request as "part delivered", and they refuse to do anything more about this. Since the claim HAVE to be open by the sender, I am now left with no solution at all, because of the incompetence of FedEx.

I had an important package that required my signature and I wasnt aware of it. First time they left a door tag saying I could sign it and leave it on door, and they would just leave my package the next day. I did so, but the next day I got a second door tag like they just ignored my signature on the first one. The third attempt was the final one, I didnt even go to office just sitting and waiting for the package on the scheduled date for the whole day but they never showed up. Those people just think their customers must not have jobs and only fun we have is sitting home waiting for them who cannot guarantee to come on the "scheduled" date. I also tried to let them hold the package for me to pick up, but somehow they told me its not an option for that particular package. Moreover, I left my phone number but they dont know how to call me when no one answers the doorbell. I would have showed up in 2 minutes if they called me the first time.

I wish I could give one star! The worst delivery service in life and honestly this location and its drivers are so simple minded .. three attempts and Im still without a package. . They attempted to say that the address was wrong, then I gave my number and directions for a call the next attempt and nothing . They told me that theyd hold it at another location and guess what, that didnt happen! They came out again only to finally leave a door tag telling me that it was delivered in one box and then read that it wasnt delivered lol meanwhile on line it showed delivered but when I called they told me that the driver didnt drop the package. . Now I have to go out of my way to this location on a Saturday morning .. ugh

Fed ex claims they came to my house at 730 am. I was awake, no one rang my doorbell or left a note. Came here by customer service advice to pick up my package and theres a big security gate that you assume is for employees and it is, but its also for customers. The outside doesnt look customer friendly. You have to press the speaker key and state why youre there so they can let you in. Took more than 5 minutes to get acknowledged at the window when I got through the gate. Got told by receptionist that the package is on the van. When clearly, they never even came by in the first place nor left a note. Huge thanks to the receptionist who took the time to locate my package!!

Very pathetic customer service, ive made a call and said them to drop off my package at leasing office and Ive even put a Note on my door by signing that.They didnt deliver the package and said that delivery will be reattempted next businessday, you guyz probably dont know how important and urgent it was to me. I dont know whether these people will say anything about delivery instructions to the drivers or not.Now ive called them and said to hold the package at thier location , ive to go there to pick that tomorrow.

Fed Ex Has got to be the worst run company on the planet. No one you talk to has a clue as to what to do. There San Jose shipping department cant even find the address of there shipping depot 20 miles away in Newark. Drivers cant read signs the state business hours. They rarely if ever leave attempted delivery notice. Why can every other shipper we have worked with have no problem with deliveries but 90% of FedEx deliverys get screwed up BIG TIME.

Horrible customer service, couldnt deliver a package if their life depended on it. Initially, placed my order on 6/21/2016 and I still dont have my package. I live in a gated community so I called FedEx at 6 am this morning to give them specific instructions on how to get in the property. I am sure the drivers have cell phones so I cant understand why they couldnt call me when they were outside. I will never ship with FedEx again.

This has been the worst customer service experience in my whole life (over 65 years old ). They are boldfaced liars. Twice they claimed to have been at my place trying to deliver a package which requires a signature- but that was a lie because I was there all day. The driver(s) never showed up. The package is still not in my hands, over a week later after the promised delivery date!

Dont wait even 2 minutes to come to the door and ring in a delivery exception. Customer service is pathetic ! When asked to hold for pickup, they continue to try delivering for 3 days and hold after that only! ! Boycott as much as possible till they learn to service the customer . Will only use only UPS OR USPS going forward. What a dumb and deaf company.

They dont deliver the package in the correct way. Even when a pick up is scheduled they dont follow this rules, neither leaving the package in the lease office. I called 5 times to Fedex and they were not able to help me. They only made promises in each call and never did anything to help. The worst service ever and last time I trust a package to Fedex.

Worst shipping service ever !! I have no idea why they are still in business !! The drivers are a aunch of screw ups who just know how to drive a van, but knows nothing about customer service , navigation to addressses or even follow simplest of instructions. Without google maps or gps they would run around like headless chickens !

This was the worst shipping experience Ive had.promised my packages on Thursday. Its Monday and I was just told my packages were opened and would not be delivered until Tuesday. They have not been helpful. I paid to have my packages on Thursday -- its been over 1 week.

Horrible horrible horrible company. They refuse to deliver packages during business hours, lie about delivery attempts, and loose packages. Their solution is to make me drive across the bridge to get my package. What a joke. This company has gone down hill.

Too bad we cant give zero stars. Wrong address for delivery. Attempted delivery to a business on Saturday. Fedex location closed on Monday so cant pick up package. Delayed delivery on Tuesday. Will also inform Costco to not use Fedex ground anymore.
