FedEx needs to fix its internal processes asap Please bear with me, this is not about Pacheco itself, but about the overall disjointed sloppy broken internal processes within FedEx. Also customers need to be keenly aware of this kind of glitch. FedEx needs to fix its internal processes asap I lost my phone on Super Shuttle 2 days ago, and I needed my smart phone back asap, even 1 hr earlier, or even 1 minute earlier, or even 1 second earlier than the scheduled FedEx delivery time of 10 am today. So I called FedEx to pick it up 1.5 hr earlier than the scheduled delivery time. Google did not show any local FedEx station # relating to Pacheco, California. I had a hunch that local station would know far more than the central call center somewhere out there. But no such local number. FedEx (call center rep) told me emphatically - at my repeated reassuring probes and inquiries - that my phone is still there, and it will wait for me, absolutely sure, he says. so i get there. Guess what? It was not there, the courier took it on delivery. The FedEx (lady rep) told me as-a-matter-of-factly that the courier will not be back by 6 pm today. I was flabbergasted. I needed it yesterday, my phone, I desperately needed it the day before yesterday, as you know. My entire 1.5 million dollar business depends on it day in and day out with detailed calendar info, with contacts info, with constant stream of IMs and text messages what have you. And i already went thru 2 days of harrowing moments without it, for the first time in 3 decades. I was utterly dismayed. I immediately asked - with growing ominous presentiment - if the courier still left on my porch to comply with NO SIGNATURE REQURED. Sure enough. They say No, since i was picking up at the local FedEx Center, Pacheco, California. The irony is that, if that was true, then why the courier took it with him albeit keenly aware that Alex Jo was coming to pick it up in person. FEdEx overruled or ignored NO SIGNATURE REQURED. Unlike it was promised by Pacheco station, the package did not arrive by 10:30 am, and to aggravate it, im told that 24-hr time window ticket has been issued to working on "this case." Why am i not surprised? Absolutely sure enough. They know the package is on the delivery truck, but red tapes first. All they need to is get it delivered asap, instead of opening an event ticket. FedEx tracking page has gone haywire, aint make any sense since it says it might be eventually be held at the local station (FedEx IVR listed only Walnut Creek and Lafayette as my local stations based on my address, not Pacheco station). Just about 1 hour ago, I had made it emphatically clear, once again, to FedEx local station, but I just had to make it clear to the (call center) that I "cancel, withdraw and rescind the "keep it at Pacheco Station for my pick-up" request. Again, i had already thunderingly clearly communicated and accepted by Pacheco Station manager and a staff member, at which time they promised to deliver it by 10:30 am. It is 11:30 am, and still in disarray. The FedEx (call center) assured to me that they are the ones who know whats going on, and 24-hr event ticket was opened with turnaround time of 24 hrs. I had no idea what was meant by it. All i need is to get it delivered to my place asap, even 1 second earlier not to lose any more money and business. So i was anxious to talk to the Pacheco manager. Response? No public # available. After she talked with local station, the tone of her voice was turning her back to me. Seriously? Even under such duress to customer, you need to protect your office vs. dire customer needs? How more emphatically should I present my case (inc. losses) to you? I do not even have a landline phone. Ordered some Items from Amazon for the 4th of July. checked amazon for delivery and as promised by Amazon it was going to be delivered july 1, 2016. But here is the glitch they used FEDEX so I tried to stay on top of it but I missed a note on Amazon saying that FEDEX could not deliver due to address being incorrect. Well I knew the issue as FEDEX is the only delivery company on the Planet that cant find my house. They cant take the time to check mail boxes on the street when they cant find an address that way they could also leave a door tag in it saying they cant physically find the house since our house is not directly on the street but behind the houses up a driveway right there by the mailboxes. So I call customer service to give them directions so they can deliver the next day. the Station Pacheo calls and informs me it is to late to delivery july 1 Friday so they will schedule for delivery on july 5 Tuesday. guess they dont deliver on Sat like the rest of the delivery companies unless you want to pay an extra fee. NOT>>>>>> so Now in order for me to have the items I ordered for the 4th I have to drive to Concord and and -pick it up myself.. My issues with FEDEX is their customer service sucks they are the only delivery company on the planet that cant find houses. or for that matter go to an apartment bldg unit # for delivery.. Their Drivers have no desire to ensure the packages are delivered to the address on the package. I for one would like to see the large companies start putting pressure on them to deliver or not use them.. I avoid using FEDEX and will go out of my way to make sure they are not part of any delivery I need to have done and now I am going to try and figure out if they are part of any order i do online - if so I will not order from that company. I am letting AMAZON Prime know about my latest issue with them and tell them this has happened several times for not only myself but my daughter in law who has several deliveries a week due to her buisness. Fedex has cost her money due to return items back to the company she works for.. Thanks for listening to my rambling and issues around TERRIBLE DELIVERY ISSUES WITH FEDEX. iF I COULD HAVE i WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN GIVEN THEM ONE STAR.

The Fed Ex station at Taqueria La Plaza on Sutter St. in Concord, Ca. does not have adequate personnel the the holiday season. I had gone into that location 2 days in a row and they did not have enough personnel to take care of my needs. When you say you open for business at 7:00 am but are not able to serve and I was asked to return aT 11:00 when there would be more people there, is not exceptable to me. Durig the holiday season you would think that they would have employees working at 7:00 am when they open and not just have the manager there. I was told my shipment would have to wait or they couold work on me but then have to stop when other customers came in. My business is just as important. I was asked not to return to this location. I have told many people who use this location and they too were not happy as well. It is true, I got upset BUT when you say you are open at 7 am but then askd to come back at 11 am...well this is just not exceptable to me. You have lost my business...and I did alot of business at this location...but not again. They need to get a manager in there that can manager properly...not the one they curretly ave. I have worked in logistics for over 30 yrs and I would never be allowed to work they way this manager at this location is allowed to manager. This location is a big disappointment and I woud highly recommend not using this location. But, thats just my opiion. Get someone in there who can manager properly.
