Company delivered a completely damaged barbecue grill and tried to pass the buck. I had to call the merchant who then had to fight them on a damage claim. R+L also missed a delivery window on the replacement items and charged *me* a redelivery fee . . . unbelievable. Of course they wouldnt schedule a redelivery date until the redelivery fee was authorized. Rewind: This was all due to R+L damaging the goods in the first place. Word of advice: please be sure to inspect your stuff *before* the driver runs off to the next delivery else youll be dealing with the same crap I did.

They called me on a Monday to schedule a delivery, I called them back on Tuesday and was told that they only hold the merchandise for 24 hours and that I MUST take delivery on Wednesday! I guess they are going to throw it away cause I cannot take time off to accommodate their 4 hour delivery window! Thank god for credit card dispute process cause Im not paying for what I didnt get.

I actually dont want to give any stars. I asked them that make a contact with leasing office and ask them where to leave the stuff, but the driver did not, and left a huge package which is more than 720lb out side of the apartment. They are not nice.

NEVER USE THESE GUYS - they have failed to show up for 3 days in a row - and every time I try to get ahold of a customer service rep they just put me on hold and forget about my call. Nobody at this company gives a crap about the customer.
