This facility has adequate equipment and the staff seem enthusiastic and courteous. The negatives are: extremely crowded parking lot, across the street from a large and busy high school, and the class sessions are only 50 minutes in length. This means the instructor must get in her warm up stretching and her cool down time within that 50 minutes. The classes are also scheduled back to back. Thus, if an instructor runs over her allotted time - there is a line at the door. I have belonged to many gyms over 50 years - I have never encountered only 50 minute classes. I find the environment appears to be geared toward a younger crowd. I would love it if there were some classes with more emphasis on your senior segment. A class with 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of weight work and 20 minutes of mat work would be especially welcome.

This is one of the nicer ones with a sauna in the locker rooms. Lots of TV for cardio. And the have what I can only describe as an alternative core training area; medicine balls, long heavy rope, balancing platform. This area is tucked away from the classic free weight and machine area. There are also classes for those who are interested; spinning, yoga, etc. I go to this one for the sauna and alternative core training. I love it!

I just love this gym! The equipment is well laid out, new and well maintained. The front desk is friendly and helpful. They call you by name and ask about your day. The yoga is OUTSTANDING. Pam, Susie and Chris are wonderful teachers. Bree is my favorite spin teacher, but theyre all terrific. It has a nice neighborhood feel that I like.

Ugly place. The employees were rude and they talk down to you. The bathroom never has Kleenex and the lifting machine is always broken. The receptionist never greets you. I cancelled and they said they wouldnt charge me but they did anyway with $15 extra. All I want to say is that rude people work there.

My kids love the play room and the employees are super nice. I love all the different classes and machines. Ive never had to wait for a treadmill or any other cardio stuff which Ive always had to do at other clubs. I also have an amazing trainer!

The staff is nice when they do speak to you. This fitness 19 is big, I was pleasantly surprised. I usually see someone wiping down the machines which is good. And the work out equipment always seems to be in good condition.

Dont choose this one. They will cost you one more payment after you quit. Saying "you have to notice us 30 days in advance before you quit".

Cant complain for the price. The parking lot can get crowded and it gets busy at certain times but it is worth the price.
