Sorry I joined this club. Its way over the top with rude, obnoxious management. Who is this weirdo Khemo anyways? It seems to me he has one way of conducting himself - adulterated arrogance. It seems he hates his job, the staff, the members and life in general. What an angry dude. I asked for the cycles to be adjusted, as so many wont adjust. Was told to wait to speak with him when hes in a better mood! Whaaaat! I was a member of 24 Fitness since a teenager but found it too busy so moved here, bad move. Just listening to patrons talking about how they hate this gym hasnt helped either. From what I hear once you join it becomes a fu%$ you attitude from this manager.

Only a club interested in making money and NOTHING else would open a "cafe" a few feet from the front entrance with the stale smells of grilled dead animals greeting you at the door! They increased my fees to $100 a month in order to make unsustainable, ridiculous and disrespectful changes to a place that should be zen and welcoming! Oh, and did I say that they are cutting down an entire hill behind the gym (affecting trees and wildlife) to expand their disgusting mass of steel? This 9 year member is following the local birds and flying away for good!!!

Place sucks! Management has there heads up there u know what and I would expect allot more from a 70.00 per month club. Recently they reorganized the equipment and totally F it up bad. Members as I am soo mad I could spit, they ran out of comment cards?? Really? - from so many complaints or dont want to hear it. Free weight area is non existent now!! Same old story, people who dont even work out making decisions out of their realm. Place will never change, new idiot managers replace old ones. McDonalds is run better!!

This facility is beautiful and newly renovated. The staff is warm and welcoming. The gym is all inclusive with lots of classes to choose from. I had a personal training session with Daniel. He was extremely knowledgable and very supportive and encouraging during our session, which I definitely needed after being out of the gym atmosphere for so long. I had a great work out and felt amazing after. I loved the positive attitudes of the staff and the positive, welcoming atmosphere of the club overall.

The club is big and they are going to make it even bigger. It has a lot of different activities that you can do. I use the gym and I love it because it has every machine that you can think of and the weight area is great too. And then when you are done exercising you have a big spa with sauna, steam room so you can relax. I really enjoy coming to the gym. ❤

My experience has been good. No doubt every place needs room for improvement, but I feel Im getting my moneys worth and its ran with competency and professionalism. The Bay Club has been very accommodating and you can see the change happening every day. Im looking forward to seeing what will come in the future.

Been going to this club for about 9 years now. Ever since they changed the management a couple years ago it has been fantastic. The trainers are really wonderful (Ray Ferrer, JoNell Vachet, Donna Connor). The folks that work out there are generally very friendly. A very welcoming health club,

I have been taking Body Pump classes for over a year found the staff at the front desk always pleasant, locker room clean etc... But the part I love the best are the trainers - really very good and makes the difference for me Maybe time to give them another look

Love this gym. Been there over 10 years and go almost everyday. Always around 4-6PM and have NEVER waited for a machine or cardio equipment. Always CLEAN.

Very crowded, smelly and stuffy air inside. Bad AC. Sometimes they lack towels. Swimming pool is full of warts (papillomavirus). Be carefull...
