24 hr fitness 6165 Neil Rd, Reno Very poor upkeep, it has been months to repair the pool heater. At times their personnel do not perform even an adequate maintenance program. Including: * NO HAND SOAP IN ANY OF THE RECEPTACLES IN THE RESTROOM. * AFTER A WORKOUT-ON TWO OCCASIONS THERE WAS NO BODY SOAP WHEN TAKING A Shower. * HAD TO REQUEST TOULET TISSUE FOR A MEMBER. * IN THE PAST THE POOL WAS UNFIT TO SWIM IN. To me it was disgusting.

Ive been to many gyms where I live and this one is my favorite. The power rack I tend to use for most of my workout is always available. They have 2.5 lb weights for my progressive lifting schedule. They have plenty of cardio machines and everything else I need to get through my complicated routine. The staff was also very helpful during our time here.

Third place I tried after moving to reno and finally found my place. Clean, great staff, and most of all its rarely so busy you cant do everything you want.

Nice gym. nice staff. wish they had more squat racks and deadlift platforms for Olympic lifting. Ill keep visiting though.

Hey - this 24 Hour Fitness is pretty good. Not only is it like a good ol regular gym, out back there is a nice pool.

The workout machines are cool and the foot traffic is ok. I have never had to wait for a bench or machine.

Nicer facility than the Sky Mountain location. Still no WiFi which would have given it 5 stars.

Great gym, better of the two 24 options in Reno. Clean and not very busy!
