In for a 9a appointment for an alignment, and its 1030 and my car hasnt even been touched yet. This seems to be a common thing coming to this shop. Dont care if you have an appointment, and take longer then they say they will. Only come here because there is no other Firestone near by and I have lifetime alignment. And this is why I dont get tires here. Also if you make an appointment online for alignment, best call because the they guy who does them might not be there at that time. And Still waiting, without even an apology. Go somewhere else. American tires if its for tires, they are fast and courteous. Sorry, but originally had it at two stars, but after the way I was just treated when I wanted my car back, they now get only one. I was rudely interrupted while I was talking more then once. Also I was told it doesnt matter if you have appointment, and that it can take all day even if you do. I also had a 9a appointment, which is the first available time for alignments according to them, but some how a car went before me. Maybe they double book, or dont care if you have an appointment. Or maybe they dont like the idea that they dont get any business out of me because I have free lifetime rotations. If they actually believed in appointments and customer service, I would actually get tires and other services through them. Oh, and I have two cars and drive 700 miles a week, thats a lot of services and tires, which I will not be going here for now, ever. Wonder if I can get a refund on my lifetime alignments since they dont even follow policy at this station.

My buddy works here so i came to check it out because im loyal and these guys are on top of their stuff. Theyre not going to bullshit you, but their still pretty kind and respectful if you are. Came in late one day, around 6:30 but they still had cars up. My tires were bald and i needed them bad because its rainy season. They had my old beaters tires in stock and even though they were technically closed, Harry, the GM allowed my buddy Alvin (bomb mechanic) to go ahead and get my car together. Great service, they have coffee and water in the waiting room. Just an all around great experience. Great job fellas; really impressed.

Had to go back several times to get my alignment corrected. The first time they corrected it they turned one wheel so far turned in that I was being thrown into other lanes and almost had a major car accident. Each time the excuse was not their fault they need to repair something on my truck. After over $600 I had to go elsewhere to get the alignment done correctly. I like Firestone but I would not ever recommend going to this one.

This is a great place where to bring your flat tire. Harry, my service advisor he did a great job in a very short period of time (less than 15 minutes) and because I had a Firestone Tires it was for FREE. I always change the oil here and I make little maintenance repairs and the price is very competitive. Good job Harry. Thanks a lot !!!

This place is great!! The man that took in my car was very honest and told me I didnt need some services I was told my car needed at another shop. Joe, the man who serviced my car was very polite and knowledgeable! Excellent customer service. I totally trust the mechanics here, I feel safe driving my car!!!!

Just had front brakes, struts on all wheels, tune-up, oil change done along with getting four new tires. They did a great job and were very friendly people, but a little pricey. Try to find coupons online, they help slow the bleeding of money from your pockets.

poor services. took three hours to change rear breaks with appoinment. over priced and tried to force us to buy new tires and oil change that wasnt needed.
