I gave this Tire Pro the lowest rating I could based on their misrepresentation and my making four mistakes. When I originally bought the tires from them they seemed really competent, had an excellent price, did what I thought was a good job and I left happy with my purchase. I returned here for the free tire rotation and they offered to top off my fluids, which I thought was a kind consideration. First the service tech said my oil was dirty and needed replacing (although the oil had been replaced less than six weeks earlier) then he grabbed a cut off radiator fluid bottle and filled it with tap water. He then proceeded to pour the water into my windshield wiper reservoir and then into my radiator overflow tank. When the water spilled onto the ground he called another tech over and the new guy poured more water into the overflow tank, which dumped more water on the ground. After closely examining the overflow bottle from above and below they said that the overflow had a big crack it and that I had to replace it right away to prevent my engine from overheating and seizing up. I had the overflow bottle replaced with other work already scheduled at a trusted car repair center (not here). 1. My first mistake was in letting them do anything but rotate the tires. 2. My second mistake was in believing them when they told me the overflow tank was cracked. 3. My third mistake was in asking the repair center to replace the overflow tank without checking it first. Turns out that the reason the water spilled onto the ground was because the tech kept overfilling it, as there was no cracks in the tank or holes in the hose and there was no reason to have replaced it. 4. My forth mistake was in expecting the manager to do anything about the problems his techs caused. When I returned and explained to manager what had transpired he was very upset with me that I didn’t let them perform the unnecessary repairs and as they did not charge for topping off fluids there was no offer of a refund even for the replacement part that wasn’t necessary (I would have had to pay more in labor to have the old tank put back on than the new tank cost). You might try them for tires as long as you are willing to wait at least an hour for the free rotations but I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere for oil changes and mechanical work or you too may end up throwing money away changing your oil every six weeks and replacing perfectly good working parts.

I am a US Air Force veteran and my AFSC (job code) was 2T3**, or non tactical vehicle mechanic. I have experience in working and running tire shops. First the quality: They were very open and honest in regards to their work. I saw that the previous owners business, prior to the change in name, was shady. So I asked that they show me if the tire could be fixed or not and, because of my experience, I would know whether they were telling the truth or not. They told me the tire was un-salvagable and allowed me to inspect it. They were telling the truth! Appeal: Most mechanic shop waiting rooms are dirty and uncomfortable but this place very clean and comfortable to wait in. The displays were well organized and it did not feel crowded at all. Service: The service was excellent! They were all very professional and worked very fast, a tire change and all the tires being rotated only took about 45-50 minutes to include the couple minutes while I inspected the bad tire. They also cut me a break on the price and threw in the rotation for free! In summary, I will be going there again and I strongly recommend others to go too!

I was very happy with their service and their prices. I usually hate dealing with mechanics and come away very stressed, but these guys were great! I felt that they were very honest and fair. I was actually smiling when I left. Despite their name they do a lot of stuff besides tires.

Bought a Groupon for thus place to get an alignment for my car. I called two days before yo make an appointment but when I went in they said their machine was broken. My husband went back 3 days later and they told him it was still broken and there is no way to get a refund.

Very quick service Im so happy I brought my car here. I was also given a very reasonable price my repair. What really made this the auto shop for me is that they went out of their way to fix a dent in my car without charging me for it.
