I went to this place because thier 21 5 Star reviews at the time. No negative reviews. When I came back to pick up my car it was left overnight unlocked. Not only that, but they told me it was going to be $2,000 to fix my car. They said my timing belt was bad, my tires were bad, my starter was bad comma and that I needed a new windshield wipers. Which are $24 each by the way. They told me it was going to be $932 to fix my timing belt. Which is making a horrible clicking noise in my engine. So I personally brought the timing belt kit and took it to a different mechanic. They only charged me $300 to put it in. I got the part for $180 at AutoZone across the street. After all of that and the other mechanic putting in the timing belt. It turns out the only thing, that was going bad in my car were my lifters in my engine. Which is an easy fix done by an oil change and engine cleaner look it up on YouTube. So not only did they miss diagnose my car, keep my doors unlocked, but they also horribly over charged. They lied to me about things wrong with my car that needed to be fixed. They told me I couldnt drive my car and that it needed to be fixed otherwise my timing belt would destroy my engine. I saw my old timing belt and the other mechanic also agreed there was nothing wrong with it it was basically brand-new they replace the timing belt in the car when I had only 40000 miles in the car. Magic auto is misleading and fraudulent over charging their customers.

Called Monday morning and they told me to come right over. My Honda overheated on the weekend. He looked at it pretty quickly and let me know my engine block was cracked. He said he had a few clients in the past with same problem that Honda had fixed under warranty, though could be doubtful since my 2007 civic has 220k miles. Of course I was really bummed out. They charged me half of the usual diagnostic fee. They have a clean nice waiting area with free wifi. Its obviously a very friendly, family owned business. Later that day took the car into Honda. They confirmed the crack. They also let me know they will cover the replacement, they extended the warranty 10 years (faulty engine). I was sooo relieved. I was thankful to have found an honest mechanic who steered me in the right direction. There was no high pressure sale and even after giving me a discount he ensured I was filled with coolant to get myself home. Happy to find my old car a new mechanic.

Both my boyfriend and I go to Moe and his crew at Magic Auto. The first time we met him we were impressed with his knowledge and integrity. The work is excellent and fairly priced and we are always treated with kindness and respect. The bays are filled with brand new state of the art equipment. They seem to have knowledge in every aspect of cars and trucks foreign and domestic and light trucks, gas and diesel. It is a pleasure to see people who take pride in their craft, skills and business practices. Thank you Magic Auto!

We were towed to this shop when our car broke down going over the grapevine. They were polite and quickly determined the cause of failure - which thankfully was a very reasonable cost of repair. They were even open on Saturday which helped us continue our trip with only a slight detour in plans. There are car rental locations within walking distance of the shop too, and several hotel chains off the 5 near Magic Mountain.

Awesome service, I called to have brakes and rotors changed, I was told to come in Sat at 8am but showed up late due to some errands. Dropped off the van at 10:30am and it was done by 1pm. When Greg called me to come pick it up he said he found a deal on the parts from his supplier. Saving me about 15% more. In the end all the work and an added oil change cost less then the brake only estimate. I will be back for sure.

If your looking for integrity youve come to the right place. I broke down in Valencia. And it was almost closing time. These folks stayed open two and a half hours over. And fixed my car. I wasnt overcharged either. I am now sending another person from out of the area to them. Because its difficult to find people this honest and capable. Worth the drive to get it done right and not get gouged in the process.

Hands down the best repair shop Ive ever been to. This is because they know what theyre doing, and at the fairest price in the valley. Theyll offer additional services and recommend preventative maintenance, but they wont tell you you need something you dont. Its difficult to find a shop that wont take advantage of someone, just because youre not savvy about car repair.

Honest, hard-working mechanics are sometimes difficult to find. As a single mom that knows nothing about cars, a dependable and honest mechanic is a necessity. These guys are the best. Will always try to find the best option to fix my car issues. I have peace of mind knowing i dont have to shop around for honesty. Glad to have this shop not too far from home.

I trust Magic Auto Center with any of my car problems. These guys do everything! Diesel trucks, BMW, VW, Honda, Toyota and the list keeps going on! I take very good care of my cars and trucks. One day I was at the dealership to service my car and they gave me a quote that was ridiculous. You cant beat honesty when it comes to auto repair shops. Check engine light came on in my F-150. Moe checked it and was just a dirty throttle body. He cleaned it real quick and sent me on my way. You can bet when anything else happens to my truck Ill be back. No reason to go anywhere else.

Great service, fair prices, and friendly staff. They fixed up a myriad of issues I had with my mustang much quicker than I was expecting. Work looks good so far and Im glad its all working again. I didnt feel like I was pressured into anything, which was nice.
