I called two hours ago from Oregon to try to get my dad help when his AC suddenly went out. My dad is in a Ford Econoline van and is pulling a classic car on a trailer. He has about 16 hours of driving before hed be home to Oregon. He would not be able to drive in the heat. I called every ford dealership in the I-5 corridor in Southern California and everyplace said they were two weeks out on appointments. I found Trident online, and they said they would find time for him. My dad made it up North to Valencia in the next hour and they immediately helped him out AND fixed his AC. This place is awesome and we are so thankful for their kindness and professionalism in this unexpected situation.

Ive taken all my cars into Trident Auto for their smog check for the last few years and recently had to take my car in for an oil change and they noticed a small leak in a hose that could have been disastrous as I headed on a long road trip. Its good to know they are looking out for you.

My F250 diesel had a check engine light come on. Joe and his very capable diesel mechanic diagnosed 2 glow plugs needing replacement (over 100K miles on the original plugs). Couple of hours later, all fixed up and waaay better mileage now! Just take it to Joe. He wont do you wrong.

Brought in my custom 4x4 for a/c charge and was surprised at how fast the service was. I was in within 5 min sipping a complimentary soda and out in 15 min. Friendly and knowledgeable staff even diagnosed a small leak and had it fixed in minutes. Great shop!
