Im a 60 something yr old lady and I will push my car before I let Castaic Auto Repair & Towing and their "Driver Vincent" touch my car EVER again!! To start off, my car is a standard transmission, "Driver Vincent" doesnt know how to drive a "stick", he kept stalling it out. Asked if he wants me to move it? "NO, Ill do it" shouted an angry little Driver Vincent. "Driver Vincent" rolled down the window and yelled out "I cant find Reverse". I told him to move his hand and look at the Gear Shift Knob, the diagram is imprinted on the knob. "Driver Vincent" still couldnt find Reverse so, he put it in Neutral and pushed the car back 3 feet. Loaded my car onto the flatbed and yelled at me to get in, I asked him if he was going to roll up the windows? "They wont go up", yelled Driver Vincent. I asked if I could try? "NO, its already loaded" yelled Driver Vincent". Off we go to the freeway on ramp, both my front windows wide open and any thing and Every thing that was in my car is now LITER along the 14 freeway! Dont think Driver Vincent knows what a Speed Limit is. I was monitoring his speed via my GPS program on my phone, 84 in a 65mph zone with my car on the back of his truck? WOW!! Made it to Lancaster from Canyon Country CostCo in less than 30 mins! Get to the location and Driver Vincent makes a Left Turn in front of on coming traffic on Sierra Hwy and the on coming car had to slam on their brakes to kept from hitting us broadside! Driver Vincent unloaded my car, I got in the drivers seat, started the car and, Shazamm, Presto, like magic!! The windows go up!! I asked Driver Vincent if he turned the car on when he tried to roll up the windows? Driver Vincent just shrugged his shoulders and got in his truck. This place has good, solid, conscientious employees, NOT!!! Like I said, I will push my car before I EVER let this place touch my car again!! I called AAA and filed a complaint

One of my tires popped going through the grapevine. When I called in and asked if they could replace a tire for me, the man on the phone said the mechanics shift was over. However, the mechanic said he would stay open for me. He stayed an hour after he was scheduled in order to help me out. I believe his name was Raffi. I really appreciate his generosity. Thank you!

Great and quick service, and lower prices than our dealership! Have gone there a few times now, got new tires once, replaced the headlight another time, and also had an oil change. Raffi, the owner, is great Highly recommend!

Our car broke down in the middle of crossing crossing the Grapevine. We got towed back to Castaic and they were fast and helpful with us to get us back on the road asap. Thanks!!
