조금 황당한 경험을 함. 자체 매뉴얼을 핑게로 플랫 타이어를 수리 해 줄 수 없다고 함. 스페어 타이어가 없는 차량이라서 결국엔 타이어를 구입하는 수 밖에 없다고 함. 아이 학교 등교길이라, AAA 를 불러 다른 정비소를 갈 수 없는 상황이라, 그냥 타이어를 구입하게 됨. 수수료까지 청구하여 한타에서 70불정도면 될 것을 150불을 지불함. 그런데, 알고 보니, 재생 타이어임... 원래 부착되어 있던 다른 쪽 타이어 보다 더 빨리 마모됨. ...

Absolutely insane fast service. My wife and I had a flat tire happen saturday night and called everyone that was open at the time and no one had my tire size for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. So we got a hotel and woke up the next morning and called mountian view tire and they had the tires we needed! Very odd tires might I add.. put a new set of good years on changed the oil and alignment in 1 hour called them at 920am. Got there at 11am and out by 1215pm. Insane fast. Great customer service. Also very reasonable pricing. Thank you thank you thank you.

Ive been using this service location for years. They have always given a warm, home town level of customer service that surpasses any shop in town. Their quality of service is excellent and have services or repaired all 4 of my cars from Honda to Lexus. Art is the manager who will fit any budget and always has a smile on his face. Tom is the head mechanic whos been working on cars for years and really knows his stuff. Ive never had any repair go wrong. I highly recommend Mountain View to anyone.

Been coming here a few years now for oil changes and light maintenance. Prices are fair and the service is extraordinary. Had a nail in my tire and not only did they fix it promptly, but when I told them I forgot my coupon for a free flat fix, Nicole said "no problem, have a great day". Of course I left a tip for the technician which I was happy to do. That my friends is how you run a business. Im a customer for life.

When into Mountain Veiw this morning to have them patch my Tire on my vehicle , Had it done in less than 10 minutes and they did it for free , Thats Awesome .. It was very much appreciated .. I normally take care of all my Vehicles Mechanical needs myself , But The next time any of my vehicles needs Tires or an Allignment I think I found my new Tire Store , Thank You to all the Staff at Mountain View ..

This place tried to charge me 50 dollars for a flat tire repair claiming they balanced the tire also which we had NEVER asked for in a attempt to rip us off. Im 100% sure they didnt even do it. Then we ended up paying $25 dollars when you could get it fixed anywhere else for 5. These people are rude and will rip you off. Go somewhere else. You will save money and feel much less violated.

Tried selling my gf on 4 tires when she had new ones on the rear. Oil was leaking after the oil change and they over filled it. Their workers are very low level and its not worth the extra problems. They also tried charging her 130 dollars for a 30 dollar belt that take 5 minutes to install. Stay away from this shop. Calling BAR on them. They will try to rip women off.

On November 4th while traveling out of town my low pressure light came on in my rental vehicle. I showed up at a out 4:45 just prior to closing. The individual that helped me took the time to check all 4 tires and make sure that they were safe to travel on. The helpfulness and customer service I received was outstanding.

I had flat tire on Sunday, then it was hard to find open that day. This place serves on Sunday. They worked professionally and appropriately. Good thing was it s free for first patching job.
