A long, long time ago, 1991 to be exact, I took my Honda Civic Accord to Midas to have my brake pads replaced. Instead, I left with a quote for $650 worth of repairs they said I needed right away because its too dangerous. Having just moved to Valencia, I didnt know anyone, so I pulled the trusty Yellow Pages, and yes, phone books existed at that time. I saw the listing for PACC and drove there. I met Dan, the owner, and he told me I needed brake pads, just what I knew I needed. I showed him the quote from Midas and he told me I didnt need those and its safe to drive my car. Since then, Ive taken my car there. My car suffered from having previously lived in Dallas due to the harsh weather and the salt they put on the road during winter. So one day, I took my 10-year old car to Dan. He looked at it and said something to me I will never forget, "Im not going to fix it because I refuse to take your money. If I fix this, youll be back in a month because this thing will break down, and another one, and another one. I can tweak it so you can drive to the car dealer, trade it in and get another car." I was floored! Ive never heard of a car mechanic refuse to take my money. So he tweaked it and I got another car, a 1996 Accord. 15 years later, I still have the same car, thanks to Dan and his crew at PACC. It has 190,000 miles and runs well. PACC has taken care of all of our cars. When we bought cars, we made sure they were either Hondas or Toyotas because those were the only ones they serviced at that time. My mother who lives in Silverlake drives up to Valencia to have her car serviced at PACC. When we moved to Glendale a year ago, we upgraded our AAA membership to include a 100-mile free tow so in case we ever get in trouble, we can have the car towed to PACC - thats how much I trust them. I can always count on Bryan and Mike to give me a straight answer. They call when they said they would, they explain what needs to be done, what can be delayed and how long it should be delayed, always upfront. During one of my recent conversations with Dan, he said, "I may not be the cheapest, but my prices are fair." And thats all I ask from any vendor, to charge me whats fair. I have trusted Dan for 20 years and will continue to do so.

PACC automotive is by far the most professional and honest auto repair shop that I have brought my vehicle to. I took my 2007 denali to the dealership to have them do an inspection and sure enough, they gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be done. When I took it to PACC, they looked those items over and informed me that the majority were in good shape and not needing repair. I also brought them my vehicle to have the suspension replaced. They worked passed their closing hours to finish up my vehicle while most places would have closed down and held it over the weekend. Its refreshing to see an automotive repair shop that still has ethical standards around customer service, professionalism, and quality work.

I have been using PACC for the past few years and have not had any complaints at all. However, about a month ago I took my 08 Pilot for a minor service. I dropped it off on Saturday - first thing in the morning and told them I need it by Noon. At about 11:30 I called them up and they said it would be done by 1. I went there at about 12:30 and noticed that my car had not been moved. When I went inside - I was told that it would be done by 2pm. I was very disappointed and told them to cancel the service. Hopefully this will be a one time experience. I have not yet decided if I will return.

A car dealer? An auto parts place? Went here recently for a 15,000 mile checkup on my Prius. The good? They honor competitors deals and cut them by 20% if you use one of their many coupons. They also do a pretty quick job. They also provide a van shuttle back to your home or work locale. The bad? Only one really and that was they stop the shuttle at 4:30 on weekdays and the place doesnt close until 5:30. Makes no sense to me especially if youre stuck at work til 5 or later. Beyond that, no major complaints.

The people at PACC are exceptional. My husband and I were out of town and stranded when our truck broke down going over the Grapevine. Fortunately, PACC was opened on that Saturday and they were so amazing and worked to help us on that busy Saturday to get us back on the road. We wanted to say "thanks so very much once again" and encourage anyone who is on the fence about choosing a repair shop and is in that area to trust the honesty, integrity, and leadership of PACC auto.

Was asked the make model and year of my vehicle, then given a quote on the repair of $170.. then a day later after dropping my car off I received a call saying the price was $377. That is the first of two repairs that went up. The other started at $135 for a $27 part and the rest for labor costs.. that price went up to replacing the entire system for $1,682~!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DONT WANT IT STOLEN

We are a 3 car family. All three cars are still running great because of the excellent service I have received at PACC Automotive. They always have good, honest recommendations for what my vehicles need and have NEVER tried to get me to have more done to my cars than what is needed. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and will continue to be a customer. Thank you PACC Automotive for keeping me and my family safe on the road.

I went to get my brakes checked out. They charged me a lot for a diagnosis (foolishness on my part) and quoted me an obscene amount. I then looked for any place that looked more honest and found Chips Brake and Muffler. Chip himself worked on my car - he did a diagnosis for free, then quoted me an amount 37% of what PACC wanted to charge me... I recommend Chips if you want brake repair in the area!!!

By far the best auto repair shop Ive ever dealt with. They are awesome. I brought my truck in after having a really bad experience with another shop. They are honest, upfront, set reasonable expectations and take pride in their work. My trucks problem were tough and complicated. They sent me e-mails of pictures of the problem and their repair. They kept me highly informed.
