Bob was for the most part pretty good and honest in repairing our cars. However, when our van broke down on the fwy, we had it towed all the way to Bob. He replaced our RADIATOR for almost $800 just by GUESSING. Well, guess what? The car still broke down. Same problem. It wasnt the radiator. He tried replacing the gasket, which turned out to be the problem but then that cost $1,200. AND we came home with our automatic side door NOT WORKING. So, we wasted $700+ on a radiator we did not need AND drove away with a broken automatic door which he kept insisting he didnt cause. Well, it certainly worked when we took the car in. WILL NOT RETURN.

Bob has been my go-to for years. I admit that sometimes his prices are higher than Sears (where my parents like to take my car), but I have the confidence that Ive never had to bring it back because something went wonky. Once hes done, Im good to go. He will always tell me if theres actually something to be fixed or not. Hes very kind but also to the point. He has jobs to finish and doesnt waste time.

The guy is retarded, doesnt know how to deal with customers. Asking about repair on transmission, guy has no idea, then hangs up on me. Seems like the shop is ran by bunch a scam artist.
