AGAIN!!! DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT! This gym is super disorganized. So the lady Yolanda never informed me that I could sign a contract for 3 months 6 months or 12 months she just signed me for 12 months. I didnt think at the moment until I read the contract when I got home. Womens bathroom is always dirty. Whenever I have take Yoga class is always a lot of hair on the floor. I think the problems is that Yolanda wants to sign people, train people, clean the Gym and teach classes. She tries to do so much that cant do things right. I recently talked to someone at the gym and she didnt get charge for 6 months then she got overcharged. A huge mess. Anyway, as soon as my contract expire I will leave this gym. Good luck Yolanda I hope you learn something from my review, if you ever have time to read it. I say this in good faith I dont wish anything bad for her, but to realize that she has to change her ways or eventually her gym will be empty or the ones that remain there have to be force to go until their contract expires.

I did a trial membership and quit before the trial expired. I was given back my initial payment and that was it. Then I noticed on my bank statement that they withdrew a payment. I called and they said they would call back. Never did! Then I called again and asked them to stop billing and they said they would. Still got a bill next month. I called and called and they said they would fix it and pay me back and they didnt do either. I finally was informed after the millionth call that I would be refunded over a $100.00 dollars they wrongfully billed me. Never happened. I have called them today still dealing with this trying to get my money back. They have now given me fake numbers and excuses. These guys are incompetent and or running a scam. BE CAREFUL!!!

I enjoyed the Zumba classes w Betzy. She is positive and motivational. I notice her classes are popular - she deserves a lot of credit. However, I have stopped going to Zumba because of Tawnys behavior. She has been repeatedly diisrespectful to me - asking me why i am not coming more often when I pay per time/per class. When I explained I had another place I work out and need physical therapy not just Zumba, she contiinued to press me about why I didnt come more often every time I saw her. Including today when I saw her randomly at Ralphs!!!! I owe nothing to this gym and have no desire to give business to a place where the owners daughter is disrespectful, has no self control and has no concern for others.

The machines are old with worn out and cracked padding. The manager offers bootcamp, but the trainers are absent more often than they show up for class. The class will either be canceled or "taught" by the manager or her daughter. The treadmills are outdated, and give error messages that read "speed control error." The speed of the treadmill changes throughout the run. It is not supposed to do that. They do not run the A/C. I guess they are trying to save money. This makes for a stuffy, smelly workout experience. Do not sign up for a membership. You will regret it.

Do not sign any contract with them! I was hesitant to write before but they deserve every bad review they get. My daughter cancelled her membership, and even thus she did not have a contract with them they keep billing her every month! Every month we need to dispute the charges with the bank. I tried to contact the manager many times but she is never there and never returns my call. They dont care, they just keep charging. I will never recommend this place to anyone! Keep your money and staty away from them.

I really like the family atmosphere here. They have the regular circuit machines plus elliptical , treadmills, bikes and free weights. I have never found them to be dirty or rusted. There are enough machines that if one is out of order there are open ones and the machine is fixed the next time I come in. I like the classes the best. The instructors and other members are low key and supportive - everyone there seems to be trying to have fun while getting into shape. Keep up the good work.

This is the greatest little gym ever. Dont expect it to be like a mainstream gym. Thats not what its supposed to be and thats what makes it great! If you want to get away from the "meat market"/"corporate"/overcrowded/non personal gym, this is the place for you. Great workouts, great people, knowledgeable trainers and Yolanda and Tawny are great owners. Breaking up is hard to do, but I moved and long distance relationships never work. Im gonna miss my gym.

I have been a member of this gym for a few years now. I love the owners and the personalized atmosphere. With the help of a trainer, I have lost almost 30 pounds. A year later I am still having fun keeping it off. The membership is very reasonable. Besides the great trainers, the classes are really fun too. I am an avid Zumba fan and they have great classes. Definitely worth it!

No nonsense, no frills, and no attitude. They have classses for every age. The trainers are great and work with you. This is not a club. Please dont come if you are expecting Golds, Spectrum, or Equinox service. You get what you pay for here. The equipment is good and so are the machines. Everyone comes here to workout and not to socialize.

This gym is really convenient. There is plenty of parking, and it is family owned. It seems like everyone is friends with the people who own it, and it is never really too crowded. I feel like I am working out one of the valleys hidden gems because I do not have to deal with the normal gym crowd on a day to day basis.

This is a great small gym where you do not need to be in shape before you join. Their prices are very reasonable as well. The equipment is slightly older than the bigger gyms, but it has everything you would need for a good workout. Think "Average Joes" from the movie, "Dodgeball".

Machines are ALWAYS available. GREAT prices! FRIENDLY staff! Had some issues with boxing bootcamp availability though. I dont know if that happens often; nonetheless, thats not enough to stop me from coming here, its home away from home!!

This place is amazing! Great price to join and great people. Everyone is so friendly and it really does feel like a family. NOT A CLUB! You dont need to dress up to work out! Its fun...never crowded. Machines always available. =)
