I had been coming to this gym for a little over a month and i really enjoyed it. But after a miscommunication between my wife and I and a sales rep, i realized that this place is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I wanted to file a complaint about how they were treating theyre customers, after a misleading dispute, and the "GM" at the time was even MORE rude and UNPROFESSIONAL then the previous employee i was speaking with. Not only that but he began to get HOSTILE with me!....really?? After a couple of minutes of embarrassing arguing, i finally was fed up and demanded i talk to the owner... "We dnt have any number for the owner" the GM obnoxiously replys (little did i know there was a complaint box.. But ofcourse they didnt say that) then i said, as i was about to walk out, "fine, ill just have to find it online"... "Ha.. GOOD LUCK!" the GM rudly-shouts back......ya... REALLY??? I have NEVER had such a HORRIBLE SERVICE in my LIFE then this time! Good gym but very unorganized and unprofessional!

Yo cuando entre a ese gym entre en promocion no contrato ase un par de meses. Ese dia utilise mi tarjeta para aser un pago del mes yo no autorise .que se me cobraran los meses de mi tarjeta...tengo tres meses que no voy y me siguen cobrando...ay asta dos vece por mes que me cobran...les Recomiendo que revisen sus estados de cuenta los que pagan automaticamente mes a mes con su tarjeta...

I been a member here at this gym since they open their doors. This gym works great for me, I am not a fitness enthusiast but definitely has encourage me to stay motivated, and continue going to the gym. The people are locals, very friendly, makes you feel comfortable no matter where your fitness goal is at. They offer a variety of classes besides Zumba...this to me was a bonus to provide different classes. It is a small gym, expect to see a few selection of machines, and weights. The daycare is also a bonus close from noon to 4pm, opens at 8am. The bathrooms get the job done. I am not sure what people expect from a small gym. This is not a state of the art, high end gym. This is a great gym to start taking that fitness step. Great trainers! I have been trained by many. Parking immensely sucks

Pretty expensive for such a small place. There is a very small dumbell area and it gets smaller when it is busier, they only have two pairs per weight amount and half of those seem to be missing sometimes. The place is fairly clean except for the benches No one uses a towel and no one cleans them so they stay pretty sweaty. The workers are very nice people they have good customer service. The location is very good there are a lot of places to eat and the buses run right in front. They have a lot of machines to use for cardio and for lifting.

Worst Gym ever they will charge your account without your knowledge. Dirty showers and equipment and overcrowded. Waste your money on something else there is hardly enough space in the place for evryone and the staff has very little to zero knowledge of how a business should be run.

I like the gym. Reasonable membership price. Theres always available equipment, friendly staff, workout classes and the locker room is pretty clean. I wish theres was more parking available.

Never too crowded, everyone is polite. I have taken the aerobics classes there and think more people should too. Great neighborhood gym with lots of equipments.

Its pretty clean,most of the time they play pretty good music. The bad thing is there is always equipment that is broken or down.

Small gym, great classes with fabulous instructors. Has most everything you need for a great workout. No spa, no pool.

It has the equipment you need to get a good workout in. Try to go early because at night it is packed beyond believe.
