Most of the instructors are great there are some that are just going through the motions and seem to not really care. Their office staff sucks and they tell you when you sign up you can make up classes but it must be made up during the billing Cycle. However when you call no one ever answers the phone so you cant schedule a class to make up, by the time you go in for your next class its too late to make up that class. The second time I tried to make up a class for my daughter I was told you only get one makeup class per month how ridiculous is this when its summer children get sick things come up people go on vacation and no one ever answers the phone when you call.

Kids and I arrived at 1:05pm today for free play. Previously this was from 1pm to 3pm, but has now changed to from 12 to 2pm. Kids got kicked out at 1:45pm for clean up. When I spoke to the manager, Michelle Monkress, she said that their policy is to only inform people of limited time when they arrive at 1:30pm i.e. so they only get 15 mins of play. She was unwilling to refund any money and had nothing at all to offer in terms of customer support. This was a very disappointing experience. $15 for 40 minutes of play and kids packed in, so not much room to move. I would not recommend it.

As a fresh person who only knew how to do font flips into the pool I felt very welcomed and at home. The staff was friendly including the other freerunners who were more then happy to help me out and learn new tricks. 10 bucks for a day and the one time class is 25 which makes it super worth it. Just make sure to to turn into the bussiness complex by the Fut place and follow the path to the left all the way down and you will find it

Attended a birthday party here and my kid had a great time. I was glad I want paying for it, though, because I found the prices for the classes a bit high. Kids had a amazing time though. Be careful when you come, its on Nordhoff Place and GPS sent me to Nordhoff.

Its wonderful to have a place where everyone is encouraged to try new things and push the limits of their body, and where they can be safe while they experiment. The community here is wonderful, and every time I visit, there are new features to climb on or jump over.

Love the coaches, love the activity and encouragement given to my kids. Cant stand the office staff. Difficult to get a hold of, phone calls never returned, emails never answered, mistakes often made. VERY restrictive make-up policy.

Spent 30 minutes looking for location. No signs for location. Is in massive building complex. Other businesses have prominent, visible signage. Why not tempest?
