Clean gym space and experienced coaches. You get the training of your life in jiu jitsu, muay Thai, boxing, and general fitness. It costs more than just any old regular gym, but the added value of having training partners and skilled coaches outweigh the cost by a wide margin. Just show up, and the coaches will guide you to the best shape of your life. Plus youll be able to literally kick ass.

The Jiu-jitsu training here alone makes it worth every penny. The facility is kept clean and organized at all times and the staff always is happy to help. But above all, the type of people who come here are a lot more humble and friendly than the types you see at regular gyms. And this is coming from a guy who has been going to various gym consistently for 10 years now.

Great place. Signed up my 10 year boy and he is so happy, he brought 2 friends already. Great trainers, Henry himself is great guy, very helpful. Recomend this place if you want for yourself or for your kid.
