Id say if youre looking to workout in a semi-friendly environment, then this is a great place. First off, the membership is only ten dollars a month and theyre constantly putting out promotions. Ive gone here since before the remodel and I have not seen any of this "unproffesional" customer service. Id say the staff are a lot more friendly and dont kiss your boots just for walking in. Bathrooms are kept pretty clean most of the time. Currently there are more than enough machines, so you wont be waiting any longer than ten minutes even at peak hours. Overall its a great place to workout if you actually want to workout. Half of the 1 stars seem to be from people who will use any excuse to avoid going to the gym.

The moment i stepped into this gym, i sensed that i would be highly disappointed. Being close to my job, i thought id give it a try, specially after reading that they are open 24 hrs! I show up at 4am and its closed. Take the f*****g time to change the hours on that door and your website! Dont advertise something that isnt true! Their gym smells like sweaty b***s all over. Limited equipment and a lot of people. Not to mention how filthy the lockers are and how you have to buy a specific lock for the lockers! Definitely not worth $10, $20, or whatever else they charge! A gym like this one, you can have in a recreational park.

I come here in the night during the week its very lonely and not alot of people thats why I like coming here in the middle of the night can have all the machines to myself and dont have to feel like people are staring at me...yes there is a section for women to workout on the other side of the gym but I feel more comfortable in the big one! the machines are very outdated alot of the treadmills are out of service but what I know of they are in the process of a big makeover so cant wait to see the difference! the guy who works in the night seems nice and sticks to himself. The restroom is clean as well as the sauna!

I wish I could rate this gym highly but I was disappointed on the fact that its a huge piece of property, they brag about the how big it is. But it has zip amenities. NO SPA, NO POOL, & NO SAUNA OR STEAM ROOM. the womens section have very limited equipment & the main equipment I wanted to use has been out of order since July. Whats the use of having a huge property without amenities!!. It says i get a free Tshirt with membership. But they were out if shirts!!! .. hmmmm . Sooo disappointed !!!

Too many homeless inside getting out of the sun smelling up the place..amazon trucks everywhere in the parking lot taking all the parking spaces and leaving their garbage on the ground..a few homeless people parking in the back row havent moved for months. The machines havent been wiped down by the workers..few cases of staph infections and bed bugs in the locker room, Im sure its from the homeless people. Hopefully crunch will fix these problems, but so far nothing..kinda disappointed. .

PLEASE BEWARE. My husbands cell phone was stolen out of his PADLOCKED locker TODAY. He was utilizing a heavy duty personal combination lock to lock the locker in the mens locker room this morning and someone broke in and took his phone and took the lock itself. CRUNCH STATES THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND CANNOT HELP US. If this is your gym, please beware that someone is stealing things and that your personal items are NOT safe here.

Some of their new equipment is nice, but really when it comes down to the important stuff, Crunch Fitness does not understand the importance of great customer service. Their unwillingness to work with tough circumstances is flat out disappointing. So if youre in the market for a gym, please stick with 24 Hour Fitness. I switched from that and I regret it. Yes you pay more, but you also get a lot more for your money too.

Ever since Crunch took over!! The staff here is mediocre on customer service. It took them over a month to get me my membership back after they canceled my membership after 3 years. My wife has always paid for our services and they still canceled my account. The staff was rude to my 7 month pregnant wife by verbal abusing her over the phone trying to get my account back active.

two staff members indicated that the entire gym is open to everyone, men can use (what once was) the women’s section. after 35 minutes another staff member kicked me out, he said: “this is for women only”. he was very rude snd blatantly disrespectful. Overview: embarrassing the clients? brilliant! The ambiguous policy is at best “unprofessional”. I am not happy

Ive been going here since the PowerHouse days. Now that it is Crunch I have no complaints. The gym has pretty much stayed the same except for some newer equipment and a little bit of remodeling. Although, with the enticing low price for the basic membership, I have noticed it has gotten a bit busier. But its still a good place to get your workout in.

Tell me why every treadmill is out of service ! Crunch cant afford new machines ? Its ridiculous and if you go to the one in northridge its better but way more people I literally live down the street from them I go random times and 10 treadmills out of service plus the ceiling is leaking like come on !!!!

Crunch has been the most accessible place for me to work out.I like it cause they have gym for womens only and for me thats what i really need.Ive tried their classes and all of their instructors are really good.My favorite would be Cardio class with Janice.Shes the best!

Went Friday to get a membership and had to go back 2 hours later to cancel and a week later still waiting for refund.. They can take the money fast but cant refund it fast Why would I refer anyone to this location..they are new but should know how to treat new customers

Liking this place more and more.... the new equipment is nice, the boxing class is a blast, designated workout area for woman only, the staff have always been friendly and helpful, and bonus for me... it doesnt smell, which was a huge turn off with other gyms.

Always had cardio equipment open great variety of weight machines... and I love the womens only section.. they have added more cardio machines so its convenient... the classes could be a little better but overall environment is great if your serious and motivated

This place was ok when it was power house. Now its more busy than its ever been. A lot of kids walking around hogging up machines while chatting about. Then you got the wanna be powerlifters taking Instagram photos and their sweet time on free weights

If your trying to make some gains this is for you. If your just complaining want to make excuses like how theres to many amazon cars and homeless than this isnt for you go to la fitness or plantet fitness im sure thats where you belong.

Cheap, open all the time & nice people. If you can tolerate waiting every now and then to use a piece of equipment and occasionally bumping into someone, for the price, it cant be beat!

All new cardio machines, and some new cable machines. This place is always packed, and no free weights are available at peak times. Would really like them to update the sauna.
