It has changed over last couple of years. The classes have become too crowded. For some classes you have to arrive 15 minutes in advance to get in the class. When you do get in a class, it is too crowded for the room. There are too few masseuses and you have to make an appointment so far in advance.

Its clean but it needs more locations or a bigger place and more equipment. There are times trainers are using some equipment for 30 or so minutes. Otherwise its a good gym.

Need more Yoga and Zumba classes, more available Spa appointments evenings and weekends for the WORKING WOMEN. The location is perfect.

Child care is great/inexpensive. I wish they offered it during Friday and Sunday nights. Love the kickboxing class and steam room!
