This gym is truly a diamond in a world of coal. They are not just a gym, you become part of the family! We had to leave temporarily because of logistics, and guess what? We couldnt find one place like this gym anywhere! Luckily we are back in the area now, where we belong and THRILLED. Wonderful instructors who take the time and care about the people they are teaching. Eliza, George, Nikolai, Kim. All wonderful people! State-of-the-art equipment. A unique blend of martial art classes, boxing, fitness and exercise, Nutrition, they offer it all!

Good energy is what this gym is all about. Im saying good things because of the good people that comes to this gym. Im sure each member has been blessed of being here and staying because only good energy attracts good people and negative energy keeps bad people away. It is not a fancy gym, but it lives up to its purpose. We produce members who are emotionally, physically and spiritually healthy.

EnergiX is a great place to work out or as what they like to call it "train". Everyone is very nice and are very supportive. Coach George and Coach Nik are awesome and you can tell that they really want you to reach your goal. The facility is clean. They have class schedules for morning and night so no excuses as it can accomodate your busy schedules.

The best place to work out with variety classes for the whole family.... And they have the best trainer Coach George for physical training and the best Sansei for Hawaiian Kenpo Karate with Grandmaster Bill Ryusaki and Sansei Randy. Everybody should come in and try it out. You wont regret it!!!
