Since march 15th i have been charged 11 times.......!!!!!! annual fee less then 2 months from signing up towel fee for the month late fee for towels and monthly fee and another maintenance fee all for a 9.95 sign up?????????beware misc. fees debited from your account run far away from these guys!!! they say they have a tracker for towels on your account i told them i put the towels in the drop off bin but they charge you misc. fees saying you didnt and they have a towel tracking service. i drop off my towel every time i use it!!! i spoke with mike the general manager of the club today at 10:30am i know how important as a business owner that sends multiple referrals to this club how important customer service is. mike told me i was a liar and they somehow track towels in a system and their is nothing i could do about it he told me their is no one i could talk to which is a lie because i signed up with the owner. and the tracker service is another company which i cannot talk to either?????!!!!!!!! crooks!!!!!!!!!! he said no phone number is available. mike told me he could not give me the owners information. i am disgusted with the level of professionalism in this place they do not care about local customers nor try and understand a default in their system. the customer is always right!!! i will start referring all my employees to 24 hour fitness at least john the club manager over their listens to his customers. i own a moving company in simi valley and i send anywhere from 5 to 15 new hires to crunch daily i will not only be canceling my membership but i will definitely be sharing my experience with everyone i know in simi in my network meetings and across the board. simi valley is a very small place and no business in simi stays afloat without good customer service!!! this is a great community and does not need to have crooks like crunch fitness along to be unsettling to local customers. I never write reviews but this is my home town and no one deserves this kind of treatment. Do yourself a favor and go to 24 hour fitness i have a membership with them also they dont charge misc fees i get debited the same fees every month.

Nice staff. I am still on the fence with this gym though. Progress is slow in getting the gym fixed up. The equipment is old and not enough of it during busier times. There is not much space to do free weights, ball, stretch without being in each others way. Of course you can upgrade, pay more and get more but I do miss my old gym with its much newer equipment, all classes free (no upgrade needed) and space. It works for now but still considering a move. I would give it a 2 3/4 but cant.. Update-remodel for the most part is done. A good amount of the equipment has been replaced so thats no longer an issue. It is still a tight fit as the configuration of the gym still doesnt leave much room for free weights, ball, stretch without being in each others way. Of course you can upgrade, pay more and get more but I disagree that you ahould have to. Again, the staff is great. Trainers are knowledgeable. Over all Im fine here, just have to time workouts around busy times.

I like the Simi Crunch because the staff are awesome. I dont like that it is more crowded now or that at times its hard to get parking, or that people leave equipment lying around. But I really enjoy working out with my trainer, Mauricio Baker. Hes really good at listening to my concerns and helping me get the results I want. I like how knowledgeable he is about anatomy, nutrition and exercise. I like that he varies the workouts to keep them fresh and interesting. He often checks in with me between our workout sessions to check if Im following our agreed on program. I also enjoy Davids classes (barre, Spin) he is a real character with a ton of energy- he makes working out not suck so much ;) and Kels Restorative and Relaxation Yoga is the perfect way to end (or start) your week. I liked the gym better before Crunch bought it but most of the staff remained. No matter where you go there are pros and cons. For me the staff makes the difference.

Horrible customer service! I went in a few months ago to cancel my membership and they continued to charge me. When I called on it they said they had no record of me doing that. I came in with my 3 kids and sat in the managers office and canceled my membership. They wont work with me at all to get my money back. I want everyone to know that they dont have good customer service at all.

Crunch fitness is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. It has a great work out environment and they have almost every work out equipment you will need to reach your goals! I have recommended this gym to about 5 of my friends and they have all come to check it out and all of them got a membership afterwards. If You havent been to this gym I highly recommend you check it out!

I recently switch from 24 Hour Fitness to Crunch. I have found that crunch employees are very helpful and take the time to speak to you and answer all of your questions not only answer all the questions but its very clean and plenty of space thank you crunch employees for all your help and for all your services keep up the good work.

My daughter joined the gym, and told my wife and I about her great experience and we went and received great customer service. Everything was explained upfront and we signed up the same night. The recent remodeling just made that much better. Thank you Crunch team for your great customer service!

I was pleased with the sign up process I went through with Billy, simple and no hidden charges. I have been patient with the build out, but now that its done, I am very pleased. Really like the cross-fit area out side. (waiting for the weather to get cooler before using more)

Love the facilities...hate the new cheap crunch members...would be better if they went back to more expensive memberships which brings respectful quality members. Also exterior equipment has been left outside rot when its barely a year old... which is super disappointing

Great gym with a huge amount of classes. There is a spin studio, yoga studio and large group class room. They have a great pool and outdoor training facility. All very impressive. Well kept gym too. Teachers in the spin class are challenging and fun.

They are no different then Golds Gym.. You can cancel but they wont let you go.. Im having issues with them AND Golds Gym both asking for money for a account that should have been cancelled.. Screw gyms, they will suck you dry.. Im doing my own..

Fun people and fantastic palace to work out !! Love the Spin class and new equipment is amazing. IOS app to reserve look class schedules makes reserving spots in the class time saver. Now I can arrive 5min before class.

My favorite crunch location so far! Its spacious, clean, and has plenty of equipment and machines for everyone to use, and its always in working order! The free weights are pretty much always stacked properly!
