Great place had an horrible experience on the road my car was a mess.this place definitely made my horrible experience better.. When I got my car back it looked better then it did when I bought it. Thanx body repair and paint department!! Bryan helped us out really great guy. You can tell he knows his stuff and his future with auto repair is a bright one.. He totally was up Front and straight with all aspects concerning my vehicle. I felt the closeness and family environment as soon as I met the staff.. Bryan kept me up to Date on all levels of my vehicle... The overall experience felt as if my brother was fixing my car. Id definitely recommend this spot to anyone. If your insurance sends you here you have nothing to Worry about!! I cant speak for other places. Thanks Bryan and the whole caliber collision business. Give Bryan a raise atleast 50 cents something I know this isnt the first time hes done a great job. Employees like him make a businesses successful!!!!! Shout out to The girl at the receptionist desk for staying late to do our paperwork!!!

I had a somewhat skewed experience at this business.My Toyota was damaged when I hit a tire on the highway.I had it repaired here.When the repairs were done my bumper had overspray (white paint) on the black inserts.They told me they were "rushed"???I left it alone but a few weeks later on a very windy night my splash guard and fender liner came right off.When I took the car back they told me i must have hit something and they refused to fix it.There was NOTHING wrong with my bumper so how can they say I hit something honestly thanks but no thanks

Excellent work. Fixed the bumper and side panel on my 2014 Chevy Spark EV. Very professional, minimal paperwork and worked great with USAA insurance. Charles kept me updated on the status of my car and the technicians had no problem working on an electric vehicle. When I received my vehicle it had a fresh wax and looked better than new. My only complaint is that one of the taillights went out right after getting it back but I came back in and they replaced it in ten minutes.

Great place, best shop Ive ever been to. My black a4 looked excellent the paint was like glass. The best part of the shop was the customer service. Charles exceeded my expectations on so many levels. Definitely made a return customer out of me. I would recommend them to anyone that has been in an accident or just needs body work done!
