Just had my Chevy Traverse repaired there recently. A U Haul truck clipped my driver side mirror. The good part was only the mirror cracked and the brackets that holds the outer housing snapped. I thought, this would be a DIY project, Unfortunately Chevy doesnt sell separate pieces and that I would have to buy the whole unit mirror unit. My initial thoughts were this was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I pulled in , Drew just came over from the repair lot and he greeted me right away. He asked a few questions on the type of mirror, is it heated, is it powered, does it have a turn signal on it. He was thorough, yet efficient. We went into the office, in a few minutes, he gave me two options. Pretty much aftermarket or oem parts. He told me there was no difference on the aftermarket part, other than it doesnt have the Chevy sticker inside, thus saving me $50.00. He gave me the quotes and I left to shop around. I went to Seidners Collision , had to say they are the most expensive @ $515.00, plus the estimator said, yeah this was going to be expensive. When I asked them if they can color match, the estimator said well pull the color code from the car and paint it. I said this car is a little older and the paint im sure has faded a little, She was like nope we dont do live color match. Um ok Thanks for the concerns. Im going to shop some around and ran out of Dodge quickly. Gave Drew a call, he remembered me and we immediately started the process. Came by on Thursday 05/19, he had the painter come out, they pulled the color code, THEN he brought this light gun and measure the paint fade, came back with some paint swatches, and matched it to the exact color. Seidners couldnt even do that !! Drew said I can take the car home, he doesnt need it anymore until the part is painted and dry. They proceeded to paint the new part and after drying, I got a call Monday morning , it was ready for installation. Came in Monday afternoon, took them about 30 minutes to install. Drew and Service King is awesome. Id definitely would recommend them. They offer different options and they will do their best to colormatch your original color. Thanks Drew for everything !!

This place is absolutely wonderful! I spoke with the manager Peter, and he was extremely helpful and kind. My car was hit a week before I needed to move to Dallas from LA, and I did not have time to get all of the damage fixed beforehand. Peter made time to repair what was needed so that I could drive 1400 miles safely, and then have the cosmetic damage fixed in Texas. They fixed my rearview mirror very quickly, and even glued an additional broken panel on my dashboard that had already been broken while they were at it. The lobby is nice and clean, too. I highly, highly recommend this shop, they work quickly and take excellent care of you & your vehicle!

Steve and Maribel were amazing!! They are a huge asset to the company and if I ever open my own business I will try to steal them from Service King they are not just professional but kind, courteous, willing to help and assist customers by going not just a mile extra but 10 extra miles. It was great interacting with them and I feel like I came in as a customer and left as a friend and that is why I am taking time to write this review as I am truly amazed by how well I was taken care off. Drew over at Service King was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, communicative, and trustworthy. The work performed was top notch! If youre hesitating about taking your vehicle here, dont, Service King works on Porches, Jaguars, Lexus, etc. If its good enough for those high end vehicles its good enough for any vehicle. I would absolutely take my vehicle back to Service King in the event of another mishap.

Last place to take your car for an estimate or to fix it.Dishonest and they work with insurance against customer.Stay away from this place, there is many better body shops than this one.I went to different body shops and they gave me a better estimate and customer service than Service King Collision. I wont recommended to anybody Service King Collision.
