As an employee at a major Automotive Dealership Service department, I put huge amounts of effort into making sure that our clients vehicles are serviced and repaired at the highest level PERIOD. Additionally, the professionalism required in customer service environment, MUST exceed the quality of work performed. When a client asks my opinion on where to have bodywork performed on their vehicle, I know they expect nothing less than they type of experience I provide. With this in mind, Unicar Autobody is my first and only answer. Over the past 5 years I have sent close to 100 cars to their facility with out any customer complaints. Our manufacture has allowed us to use them for warranty paint and body work - which tells you that they perform at the top tier. The outcome of the cars they work on always surpass my expectations! Beyond the scope of quality, the turn around time is significantly faster than other local body shops. Unicar is a top notch facility, centrally located in Pasadena. If you are curious about what Unicar has to offer, I encourage you to just stop by - You will be impressed. If you want the best experience, I recommend you ask for Jack. He knows customer service and his staff will take excellent care of you and your autobody needs.

Ive used Unicar for both my truck and my wifes car and our experiences were wonderful. The receptionist and service advisor were on top of communicating with me in regards to status of my cars. I once had an issue with enterprise car rental and the owner stepped in and resolved it. During this recent experience, the service advisor (JC) call Hertz for me so I wouldnt have to deal with enterprise this time around. I highly recommend Unicar in Pasadena for bodywork. sidenote- The repairs I had done was new door skin for sierra 1500 and work to the bed of the truck (bondo skin). My wifes car, I had a quarter panel and bumper primered and painted. I work on computers now, but I had 5 years experience in autobody work. everything was blended and color sanded pefectly.

I am posting this review as a warning for anyone considering taking their vehicle to this shop, DO NOT! Its been 3 weeks and they still havent completed work on my vehicle. When I initially went in they said it wouldnt be long to fix it, would offer a payment plan and seemed like a great group of people. Fast forward a week later, they said it would take another week and that they wont accept a payment plan... Called them today when they said it was due and now they are saying it wont be until next Wednesday! Ive never had such a negative experience with any organization, I regret not having researched into these guys more and just taking it at the suggestion of my insurance agency, which says something about my insurance too.

This collision center is unethical. I received my car from them and they damaged my vehicle but would not fix anything they damaged. They held my car far beyond the expected amount of time they estimate, and I received my car in terrible condition, with additional repairs needed from their carelessness. When you call and ask for someone at Unicar, the associates all disappear into thin air, and nobody has a clue who did what to your vehicle and nobody cares. DO NOT recommend this collision center ever. I will be taking action against Unicar for the damages to my vehicle.

When I got my car back from them, many things in the interior were not in the right place, and also my A/C wasnt working, which was working fine when I gave it to them. It took many times of going back to them to fix all the problems, and they finally couldnt fix the A/C, so they referred me to Crown Radiator who tried to rip me off my telling me I needed a new compressor, and later come to find out the system just needed recharging. Next time Im going somewhere else.

I have had several disappointments with this place. They gave me an initial estimate which included a number of things which turned out to be different, specially the price. The job was sloppy, which did not include fixing certain parts, overpriced me and the craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired.

This shop is good if you are sending them a high-paying insurance repair, anything other then that and the service is poor. I have sent them two different cars, both cash pay, and both times I was made to feel like a second rate customer. i wont be back.

There was an issue with our door and mirror from a previous repair but they fixed it perfect that day and even gave us door to door ride service from work so it wasnt inconvenient. The fix was done for free and that was great. Great service!
