I brought my 2015 “black” RAM 1500 into the shop for repairs to the door a couple months back. The door shell had to be replaced and painted. The truck had approximately 5K miles with flawless paint. I get my car back and it looks like they used a sander to “blend” the door with the cab and front fender. They manager stated after the project was finished that they weren’t skilled enough to match new paint without blending the old and new, which consisted of buffing the $^*^& out of my new truck. I brought the truck back and was told they had 3 different individuals look at it, but couldn’t see a problem. I find it absolutely ridiculous that the passenger side of my vehicle looks brand new as it should; however, the driver side cab, door and front fender is complete garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. I now have to take my car to a professional to get the paint corrected.

I see good and bad reviews here the truth is sometimes a business is gonna fail someone. That certainly was the case when I had my own business. When I dropped my car off there was a woman who was very unhappy. I am very pleased with the level of service I have received. The car was in bad shape after the accident. They not only did I receive quality work it was done in less time than promised. Id recommend the fine humans here at Caliber as my personal experience was wonderful. Oh and the women who work the front desk are the best!

Superb service and staff, excellent workmanship from start to finish. Great communication throughout the process. Insurance or no insurance I would choose them and will if needed in the future.(Not something I hope for though!)
