Brought my car in for a $30 oil change with a coupon the garage sent out. They told me I also needed to change my transmission fluid (it was brown) and replace my rear brake pads. I checked with the Toyota dealer by phone and they told me my transmission fluid was supposed to be brown and didnt need to be changed for 30,000 more miles. After I got the car back I heard a chafing sound from the rear brakes and brought it back in. They told me it would go away on its own. I had a mechanic friend check their work on the brakes. He said the brake pads hadnt been changed. Leonardis is good on friendliness and providing donuts, but they dont do the work they are paid to do. Too bad for them.

The automotive repair business has changed allot over the years along with the quality of work some shops provide. Leonardi Automotive is a great example of doing it right, they offer quality customer service and carry that quality into the repair of your vehicle. They have cared for and repaired my cars and trucks for 20 years now and quality of work and customer service is and allways has been top notch. Honesty is huge for me and I make a point of doing business only with people who tell it how it is, good news or bad in regards to your vehicle, and the repairs it might need, they are straight up front with you.

I was on the west coast for a couple of months and needed to get my car serviced. I stopped into Leonardi Auto and they set me up with an appointment very quickly. They are sincere and friendly and want your car to be running the way it should be. They performed the service I needed and didnt try to sell me additional services that I didnt really need (unlinke other places I had been). On top of the great service the prices are very fair and wont hurt you wallet. I highly recommend you visit them for your next tune up.

One of the last places where you get great service at a great price. I live in Santa Rosa and change my schedule to get my car serviced at Leonardi Automotive. The whole staff is professional, courteous and easy going. No hidden stuff no B.S.! I have known Mr Leonardi for over 7 years and I always recommend his shop to all my friends and colleagues. Mr Leonardi is very business orientated and does not give you the run around.I highly recommend Leonardi Automotive to anybody.

Leonardis Automotive is simply the best - pleasant and knowledgeable staff in every area from the front desk to the mechanics bays to the shuttle driver. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, they fix problems from small to large, and the popcorn is delicious (and free!). Ive been their customer for almost five years now, and never have I been disappointed. Several of my friends enthusiastically agree: Leonardis is terrific.
