This location used to be a great, honest company to do business with. However, I think they have new management or ownership and the service has dropped off considerably. My most recent experience seal the deal. I will not be going there again. The service was slow and the communication was horrible.

The service at San Rafael Firestone is excellent. Fred and his staff are professional, courteous, and communicate well. The work was performed in a timely manner and priced competitively.

Got here at 8am......still here at 5pm for a simple brake repair. Staff at front desk is extremely indifferent, brain dead. I will never be back. They are a joke.
