I recently broke my foot and have been dealing with a ton of nonsense and difficulty as a result. The last thing I needed was my car to start making a "noise" I never heard before. Still, when you hear something that doesnt sound good, its always better to be safe than sorry when youre dealing with a car. I had one day off to get to my car looked at, and due to other errands I did not arrive to First Choice until the afternoon; I had a feeling of dread that there was no chance they would be able to help me on the same day, especially considering how busy the shop looked. When I pulled in, after about a minute of waiting, one of First Choices mechanics (and lifesavers), Prab, introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him that with every rotation of my tire, I kept hearing a noise. I did not know much else, except that my brakes were redone recently. Prab stopped what he was doing to give it a once over, then volunteered to take it around the block to better hear the noise. He heard what I was talking about, and told me that he would do his best to diagnose and fix the problem sometime today. I was excited by his declaration, but still kept my hopes down thinking I would get a call later stating he didnt have time. Around 530pm that day, I received a call from Prab telling me my wheel was loose, and that after he tightened it, the noise went away. I still have no idea how this happened, but if Prab did not take the time to check out my car, something very tragic could have occurred as a result. In addition, Prab could have easily made up some nonsense about labor, parts, inspections, or work done, and I would not have known the difference. If he wanted to con me, he could have charged me an extremely high price because I would not really have had an argument against it. Instead, he asked for $20. $20 measly dollars for taking the time to put it up on his lift, take off the wheel, examine everything, and drive it around again to hear how it sounded. This was all done with no appointment or knowledge of me coming. It may seem like standard service, but I can assure you that in this day and age, this is actually quite exceptional. Prab actually cared enough to do what he could and stick to his word. As a result, I will be very happy to give him my future business going forward.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had recently purchased a van and took it to them to get te brake pads fixed and anything else that needed it and told them I was going on a road trip. I specifically told the guy several times to please check everything out and he looked me in the eye and shook on it. Well several hundred miles down the road I hear a clicking every time I brake. Took it to another shop in temecula and the guy showed me the underside of the van - the calipers were completely busted in the back and the back brake pads had not been changed - but the worst part of all was that both back tires were ready to blow!! They looked fine from the outside and had plenty of tread but I guess they were just very old and the guys at First Choice didnt mention any of this to me and they had to have seen them. Unfortunately I cant even ask for my money back since technically they did fix my brake pads and I have nothing in writing but this was a very dangerous situation!!! I dont know if the guy was just lazy or what but if I had anything in paperwork I would absolutely have the right to sue and I strongly suggest you do not give them your business!!!!

I took my car in because I heard a high pitched squeak when I used my breaks. The mechanic called me to tell me that I needed new breakpads and rotors for the front and back of my car and quoted me a price. When I asked what percent I have left on my brakes, he said 0% on my front and 1% on the back and that I needed to get all 4 breakpads and rotors changed ASAP. I called another mechanic and they quoted me a much cheaper price, so I called back and asked them if they can match it. He said they cant and that I should pick up the car, so I did. When I went to pick up the car, he charged me $20. I asked what work they had done that requires me to pay and he said that he "had to take off my tires". I brought my car into the other mechanic yesterday. When they called me they said I need new breakpads in the front of my car and that I can replace the front rotors, but its not necessary. He also told me that I have 30% left on my back breaks thatll last me 3-4 more months so I shouldnt change it now. Im really glad I took my car somewhere else and I encourage you to look around elsewhere. This place LIED about what work I needed done on my car.

Called them trying to explain what was going on with my truck mentioned that someone else had worked on it and they where unreliable and before I could explain further the man said that they dont work on vehicles that other places had worked on and hung-up on me before I could explain further. Wouldnt answer the phone again, even upon leaving a message. If they had listened to me, I could have explained that it was an acquaintance who was working on it and messed it up, not another shop. I just needed some help and am new to the area, new to owning a vehicle, the man was super rude in general. Just furthers the stereotype that mechanics treat young females with little respect, when dealing with stuff like this. Thanks for nothing.

Great shop, i had very good experiance here. Called them for my car about brakes for my car and tune up. The guy who answer the phone was very friendly he said no problem bring it in. I was there in 15 min guy name prab welcome i told him about my car next they started checking my car told me i need front brakes and rotor resefcing, rear brakes needs to be clean out. Tune up only spark plugs. The price they gave me was very fair, reasonable. I was told 2 hours car will be raedy. There is restaurt near by i went there. Less then two hours they called me my car is ready. I am happy with there work and amazing, fast, friendly service. Defiantly be back if need any more on my car.

Came here early on Saturday morning looking to get my breaks done n my car check. My car was making a weird noise every time i made right turn i took my car to honda n they said it was normal to not to worry about it When I brought my car here, guys were very helpful, respectful, informative and above all professional. They were able to tell me whats wrong with my car. They gave me a great deal and got my brakes done new tires, alignment and the noise was my right side axle which i got fixed also. I have told friends and family about this place and how much i paid for all of this and they all said i got great deal all the services got here. I definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed !
