Used to have good front desk staff—lately uninformed and one of the two managers actually rude and confrontational. Had an excellent yoga instructor in Mel. She disappeared and they have had adequate, but robotic and spiritless replacements. Nice building and good facilities especially for the club level and price. A shame they cant resolve staffing issues. The Vallejo location does a much better job on that front.

Nice location in downtown Petaluma, retrofitted within an old mill serving as a small mall of restaurants, services, and other businesses. Good parking within a wide radius. Pleasant atmosphere with adjoining river and other businesses within reasonable walking distance. 24 Hour Fitness offers more programs for prospective members that could accommodate your particular budget requirements.

Well I was member for years really like it because I have an options to go to different gyms bad now last time that I bought a membership from Costco I didnt know that some of the gyms they upgraded to become a super sport so didnt notify the Costco membership to upgrade I cannot go to a super sport gym because I had a regular membership so I decided to cancel my account

Dirty. Upstairs weight area not mopped or dusted in the two years I have been there. Simply disgusting. The showers and bathrooms are filthy and never cleaned as far as I can tell....moldy floors. The gym equipment is very good.....but the facility, ESPECIALLY upstairs and mens facilities, are gross.

The cleanest, least over crowded, best organized weight room out of any of the clubs I went to in the Bay Area :) and I love the design/layout. Aside from the fact that they have yoga classes directly beneath the free weights, and its hard to put those down silently, this gym is perfect

Fix the basketball net. Replace the old basketball, some players cant get the practice they want to when they have a really old ball. Make a check list for the ball so they dont lose it. The facility is great overall and a lot of great people go to this gym its nice.

Decent variety of amenities, albeit with a very strange layout. Difficult to find parking. Not recommended unless there are no other options or you love in walking distance.

Clean location, enjoy working out here, lots of equipment and never too terribly busy, live in napa, so dont go to often... best one in the area overall

Reasonably priced fitness center in a great location. Parking can be a challenge so considerate alternate transportation.

Went there at 10pm and it was closed. Nobody said this was not a 24 hr branch. Should sue them.

Clean,good weight room, sauna and steam room!!! Parking little difficult though!!
