I remember moving to the East Bay and seeing Crockett Auto Body advertisements at the Century theater and on bench ads by the Auto Plaza. I always kept their body shop in the back of my mind as it looked state of the art and like a reputable place. Fast forward to an accident and I decided to give them a shot and Im glad I did. Their offices and facility is the best Ive seen and is nothing short of professional. The receptionist had me wait in their waiting area for a few minutes before Vincent came and greeted me. We went out and he took a look at the damage, drew up an estimate, and made an appointment to bring it in. I was in and out within fifteen minutes with an appointment on the books. I brought my vehicle in as scheduled; Crocketts took care of the insurance work, and my vehicle was delivered detailed and flawless within the promised time window. I continue to be amazed with their work, their employees, and the effortless process of getting your car fixed after an accident. The crew is top-notch and continue to get all my business. Ive had all my cars serviced three or four times and I will continue to bring my cars indefinitely. Thanks Vince!

I am from out of state and was visiting family in Calif. when I received some rear bumper damage. "Crocketts Premier Auto Body" was highly recommended by my brother-in-law and I experienced the reason why. Adriana the receptionist was helpful, professional even offered coffee while I waited for Aaron Todd. Aaron gave me a complete, detailed preliminary estimate, went over the estimate with me and answered all my questions. This was on Fri. but, since I was leaving on Monday they could not due the work. To my surprise Aaron said he would touch up the paint which would help with the appearance until I got back home and could have the damage taken care of. They matched the paint perfectly. Gave me the small bottle of paint did a very good job of concealing the defect on my bumper at no cost to me. I also met Thomas Welsh who offered to help me locate an auto body shop in my area. A very professional, helpful, courteous establishment.

WOW!!! I know they have exellent service but not this time. They did a great job on the body work(I thought) but my car also had machanical problems. They said the work was done,car was test droven by two mechanics and everything was fine. When i first drove the car the steering was a little stiff,made a hard left turn and the engine cut off,proceeded to the freeway and it did the same thing... When i called Croketts Premier Auto Body they told me the person who worked on my car would give me a call back,i called back again with no return reply. Finally I took my car to BMW in Berkley to find out my car was not in driving condition,both axles were broke and we were lucky something bad didnt happen to me or any of my passengers. then to add more injury to insult the did a bad job on the body work by BMW standards... Still waiting on that call...

Everyone, from the salesperson, to the technicians, to the scheduler, were so nice. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly without feeling rushed or pressured. The job was done on time. Everyone wore booties every time they entered the house. The installers cleaned up after themselves. And I am saving money on my electric bills! I will definitely recommend Carney to everyone

Paul was thorough in explaining in detail about what work would be completed and kept me informed on the progress. Car was completed earlier than anticipated which was great! Very happy with quality of work and service. Charlotte at front desk was very courteous and helpful. Both are assets to the company.

This was a painless experience, the process was very well organized, even down to the frequency of call backs. Office nice and professional looking. Staff very helpful & pleasant. My truck looked just like new again. A very nice surprise to see my truck cleaned (inside& out) then when I dropped it off.

Crockett Premier Auto Body is the only place I will take my vehicles for repair. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to answer any of our questions. The vehicle came out looking like it just came off the showroom floor. Beautiful job, highly recommend!

They failed to mention their overnight rate and ended up trying to charge an extra day. Took two days to receive an estimate. Service is slow and overpriced.
