I had an accident in October 2015 (E46 BMW M3) and had the tow truck driver take my car directly to BAB&P. I met the owner and he was a very nice guy. The car stayed at the body shop for about two weeks while I had to deal with insurance and coverage. Eventually my insurance provider decided to total the car since it was already a branded title when I bought it, and this is where it all went downhill. My request was simple; measure the chassis for damage. If there wasnt any chassis damage, I was going to retain the car and have BAB&P repair the damage. They did not have equipment to do so. In fact they even asked me to bring in an extra wheel because the car didnt have a spare to use to move it. I brought in a spare from my other car. which unknown to me ended up not fitting and damaging the FR caliper as they put the car in their outside storage. A mechanic actually installed a wheel that rubbed the caliper and didnt care enough to not damage my wheel and brake. I decided to take the risk of a bent chassis, retain the car, and do the work myself. I met a tow truck there to retrieve my car. Thats when I discovered the damage. I saw they have killed the battery, left the window down, and allowed rain to soak my leather interior. The car was now worse off than when I brought it in. This is when something miraculous happened: I called one of the superintendents over to the tow truck to show him the damage. He refused responsibility. Then I asked to talk to the owner... On the way to the office the he accused me of running an insurance scheme! Im paraphrasing, but he asked; "Is this what you do? Get totaled cars, crash them, then get the money?" I was furious. This, after I did everything in my power to get my car repaired at BAB&P. I even called several companies to rent the chassis puller and measurement equipment they didnt have on their behalf. It was a terrible and demeaning experience. I just chose to forget about it until last week, when I saw they charged my insurance company $2200 for doing absolutely nothing other than soaking my interior and making me buy a new caliper and caliper mount bracket.

Pretty disappointed with Beaverton Auto Body. I am pretty picky about my BMW and I selected Beaverton Auto Body because they had higher google reviews than other auto body stores around Beaverton. To my surprise and dismay, they didnt seem to care much about the final quality of the repair on my car.. For example, the hood and front fender were obviously misaligned from the (fairly minor) impact on my hood. When I dropped the car off, I specifically pointed out the misalignment and also expressed how important it was to me that this repair be done "right". When I returned to pick up the car a week later, the misalignment was just as bad as when I dropped it off. I told them that that was not good enough and left it with them for another week.. When I went to pick it up the second time (after another week), it was better... but still not up to my expectations. I took it anyway since I was very frustrated at that point and had already been waiting 2 weeks. There are other things about Beaverton Auto Body that disappointed me, but for brevity I will simply re-iterate that they did not seem concerned about the quality of repair on my car... even after I expressed to them how important the repair was to me. If you dont have high standards, theyre probably okay. But if you have a European car that you cherish, I would keep on looking. I am giving them 2 stars rather than just 1 star because the paint on the hood itself is not that bad, and they did a few things around the car to remove some blemishes that were unrelated to the accident. A nice gesture, to be sure, but Id rather have the confidence of knowing that my car was repaired correctly.

I have had several repairs done by Beaverton Auto Body, from big to small. One time I was going to put an after market custom hood on my show car. I took the car, and the hood, in to be painted and installed. During the prep the tech discovered a serious flaw in the hood. So, I tried to return the hood. But the vendor of the hood was giving me grief about returning it. Chris, one of Beaverton Auto Bodys estimators, took pictures of the issues and tried diligently to get the hood vendor to accept the return on my behalf. But to no avail. When Chris couldnt get anywhere with the vendor. He went to the owner, Jeff. Jeff called the vendor on my behalf and explained the problems that we were having. And that the hood was bad. But still the vendor would not budge. Even though the problem didnt get resolved Chris and Jeff spent a lot time trying to correct the the issue for me. They re an honest shop that goes the extra mile for their customers. In my experience, their prices were fair. They used new factory parts. They stand behind and warranty their work. All of their crew, from the office personnel to the techs, work to satisfy the customer. Their work is impeccable Thanks Chris and Jeff

I am very satisfied with the repair done by Beaverton Auto Body and Paints. My insurance policy has high deductible, when I took my car for estimates in several different shops, Chris in Beaverton Auto Body and Paint was the only person provided me with two estimates with options to either file claim with insurance and use factory parts or pay myself but use after market parts. I chose the second option to use after market parts to save some money. They provided me a free loaner car, which is very new and clean. When I picked up my car after one week, my car is brand new again, I couldnt tell any difference by using after market parts. I also want to give extra credit to the technician, I used to put a metal screen in the space in the lower part of my bumper cover to protect my air condition coil. Since I knew they would replace my bumper cover, I prepared to do the metal screen thing again. When I picked my car, I found they already moved the metal screen from my old bumper cover, cleaned and put on the new bumper cover in a very professional way. I am pretty satisfied.
Some great people work here.... very affordable and very courteous. I had some issue with automatic sliding door on my van. I took it to Toyota dealership and they were asking for $400 (after charging me $100 for diagnosis) and were not sure if that will fix the issue of not. Not happy with the response, I went next door to Beaverton Auto Body and spoke with David in the front office, very nice gentleman.... he quickly drove my car over to body shop and came back and explained me the issue in detail and gave me estimates, much lower than the dealership PLUS guaranteed that it will fix the issue. 2 days later I dropped my car and they fixed the issue as promised (in couple of hrs). I am one happy customer plus kids and wife are happy too (sliding door is working fine, as it was before). Thanks so much to the owners and all the employees at Beaverton Auto Body. Recommend this shop for any issues... very honest.
