I took my car to get estimates at 6 local Autobody shops in Seattle after having a fender bender at work. The damage was minimal (someone backed into my car lightly while they were leaving and damaged my hood slightly on one corner). I decided to pay for this out of pocket as it was just a straightening. The 6 major shop I went to in Seattle were all writing estimates for $1500 to $2200 just to take the hood off, straighten, repaint and mask the car. I reviewed the estimates and 80% of the charge was all Labor. I could not believe it. A friend mentioned the name Bratch to me and I decided to drive by for an estimate. The guys there looked at my care throughly and said two things to me that immediately sold me on their quality and service. 1. We can fix this in about two days because the damage is minor. 2. It should be about $500-$600 and anyone who tells you more than that is taking you or your insurance company for a ride. I dropped my Car off that day and recieved it in two days in the most amazing condition I have ever seen. I could not even remember where the damage had been considering the work they did. Sorry to be long winded but this has to be one of the TOP Autobody shops in the city, hands down. Honest, hard-working, excellent quality, what more could you ask for!!! Thanks Bratch

Working with Bratch Auto Body was a fabulous experience; I really couldnt have asked for a better experience and have recommended their services to all of my friends. I recently hit my Prius on a cement support pole in my office parking lot and did some pretty significant damage to the back right passenger door and wheel well. Bratch Auto Body was the least expensive bid I received and also had the shortest estimated time line in terms of work performed. The damage to my car was going to require 2-3 weeks according to other shops and Bratch had my car back to me in one week. In addition to being cost competitive and timely; they made it a pleasure to work with them. Their delivery service picked up the vehicle at my condo and returned it to me as well; they even offered to give me a ride to the car rental place. The work done was BEAUTIFUL- Ive had several people comment on how you cant even tell there was an accident. I will never go anywhere else and cant recommend their services highly enough.

I wish i can give 6 stars for a review. By far, this has been THE best body shop Ive been to my entire life. Dont let the outside appearance fool you, the staff is very friendly, and I had great conversations with the owner. He has owned this place for 17 years and business is good! I came to this shop to get my rear bumper fixed from someone rear ending me. I was wanting to get my front end fixed as well, to get my custom bodywork patched up. He ended up fixing the front end for FREE, and he said it was on the house. (It would have cost around $300). Upon dropping my car off, the owner even personally drove me back to my place. I couldnt ask for a better experience, and i highly recommend this place to anyone else.

I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse in late October. I took it out for my first adventure in November and... wouldnt you know it? scraped the bumper against a parking lot light first thing. The guy who sold me the car recommended this place. Dont be fooled: the place looks like something youd see straight out of a movie or the "other guys" featured in comparative commercials, but in this case the looks are very much deceiving. The staff was very professional and nice and the quote was outstanding. And of course the end result was awesome. "Just like new!" If I ever run into any future body work needs, these guys are definitely on the top of my list.

I drive an old pick up truck and when I recently rear-ended a large, construction truck, it did a lot of dammage to my little Chevy. The insurance company totaled my truck because I did carry collision (not uncommon when you drive an old car). I was very sad. Then, I was put into touch with Bratch and could not BELIEVE my eyes with the work that was done. Truly unbelievable!! Not only does my car look like new, but the parts used to repair the damage were brand new, not to mention record time turn around to get my car back. I am so pleased and will continue to refer family and friends to Bratch.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about the guys at Bratch. Fast. Customer service that goes above and beyond. After my car was damaged, the guys at Bratch were helpful and friendly on the phone. I got an appointment right away - that afternoon. Other shops I called couldnt see me until the next day or two. When I mentioned not having a ride home (since my car was in the shop), they drove me back home for free! That really cemented my good impression. Also dont be sketched out by the neighborhood, which is very industrial. Theyre trustworthy and normal. Good people at Bratch.

I was recommended to Bratch Auto Body from a friend who is a insurance adjuster. I took my 1992 Toyota pick up which had damage to the front end and got what can only be described as a miracle. I took the car originally to Aurora Auto Body and received a quote of $5,200. Bratch gave me a quote of $2,038 and I ended up paying a little over a hundred more than the original estimate. The looks brand new and it was completed under schedule. The staff is honest and friendly. If your looking for good work at a reasonable price look no further.

Beautiful work; trustworthy expertise. I chose Bratch Auto Body based on reviews, and had an excellent experience. Surinder Bratch is knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy (a rare quality in the auto business), and the work the shop did on my badly mangled Toyota was absolutely flawless. The cost was fair, the insurance paperwork handled seamlessly, and the customer service was kind and courteous. Overall, Bratch Auto Body made recovery from the accident a positive experience. Very highly recommended.

Choose Bracht based on good Google and Yelp reviews for repair of superficial damage to side doors from damage done in a parking lot. A $3000 repair job. The good: the repairs were well done and of good quality. Ultimately, this is what matters The bad: Was told on two occasions that car would be ready, only to then told it was not - a delay of a day and inconvenience to reschedule pickup twice. A wheel was to be replaced and it was not - I had to point this out in order for charge to be removed.

I was a little hesitant to call this place to get my car fixed, only because the website appeared a little fancier than I imagined. But Im SO glad I called! My car got broken into, and Surinder made that experience a little less crappy. My car was fixed that day, exactly when he said it would be, he was honest and upfront about the costs, made several calls to get the parts cheaper, I have zero complaints. Without hesitation I would recommend this place to my grandma, friend, or stranger.
