Fender Bender - McLeod to rescue! My first tiny accident and I had a huge dent on my vehicle. Bumper replacement seemed eminent and being a Yelp fan, came over to McLeod for a quote. I asked for 2 different quotes, one where I could get my car fixed with minimum work in case I wished not to engage my insurance and second the best way out with maximum work and get my car better like before! ... Mark gladly accepted and presented me with both the quotes and also took time in clearly explaining what was being done, how it will be done and in how many days. When my insurance guy told that I could go to any Repair shop, I gladly parked my vehicle at McLeod. The owner explained me how the entire process works and answered all my queries patiently. They also got me a good rental car deal from Enterprise. Mark did his magic and I felt my car looked new than before!... All new parts when my insurance was hell bent on refurbished parts... Thank you for a great customer service, I hope i dont have to come again but I know what I should do if tragedy strikes me or anyone I know again!! ps: you have recommended in all possible circles I have!

Vehicle was struck and I called Honda of Kirkland to discover they TRUST McLeods with all their body and paint work! I was very impressed with the staff (Linda & Mikaela (sp?). Communication/updates were clear and consistent. I especially appreciate their insight, handling & challenging Allstate to ensure the highest quality parts were replaced, not just repaired/refurbished. This takes a lot of work behind the scenes. Allstate adjusters quote repairing parts with salvaged ones and low-ball labor @ $1,900. The final parts and extra work McLeods achieved came to $4K. They made Allstate replace rather than Allstate arguing to repair existing. This takes time and energy on McLeods part to produce a final product that doesnt hide poor work. McLeods represents a very high quality acumen. This has not gone unnoticed and it the reason I am taking time out of my busy day and life to sit here and write a review. They earned it!

I have been to Mcleods twice. Nobody likes a car accident but both times they made the process very easy and efficient for me. There was a rental car on site waiting for me, with better daily rental rates than I could of gotten myself, anywhere. They handled 100% of my insurance interaction. The office staff was amazing. I was updated frequently without it being intrusive. They even went out of the way to find better parts for the same price as my insurance was allowing. My car was completed the day they told me and the pick up was just as easy as the drop off. The work is always top notch. I received a quality repair with excellent customer service. A big thank you to Nicole and Linda! Thanks for making this especially easy on me.

Took my one year old Audi s4 to the shop upon seeing all the positive reviews. One of the doors had to be replaced due to the extent of the damage from the accident. I was devastated when this happened, having owned the car for just over a year. Mark Cheyne let me address all my concerns and walked me through what will be done in much detail from the parts that will be replaced to how the work will progress on the car. They kept calling me in regular intervals and gave updates as to where they are with the job. Mark helped me out with all the questions and concerns i had. My car looks very much like how it was when i took it out of the dealership a year back. Great work! Will definitely recommend this shop for any premium end cars.

We have insisted on using McLeod Auto Body for all of our auto body work for the last 15 years. We once took our new car to an insurance-recommended, highly rated shop for a repair. They made a mess of the repair using tools that damaged good areas, bad paint color, etc. McLeod ended up re-doing their sub-par work. They did a professional job, the car looked new again and stayed that way for the 10 years we owned it. Our latest experience was as good as any other. It was a very small job and they treated us like we were as important as any other customer. They completed the work as planned, it fully met our expectations and budget. McLeod provides a great service, I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.

My new Volvo XC60 was struck in a parking lot. The right rear body panel was dented, the bumper destroyed, and the lighting assembly was smashed. My car has a gloss black metallic paint which is very difficult to match perfectly. I chose McLeod based on other reviews and a personal tour of the shop. The shop is very clean and organized. I am very happy with the quality of the finished product. The paint is a perfect match to include the metal flake component and application. My car very was clean when I picked it up. I could not find any sign of less than perfect craftsmanship. They used OEM parts from a local dealer. I plan to bring my other car in for some refresh work in the spring.

I had a fantastic experience at McLeod Auto Body. I worked with Mark, who provided a fair estimate for some minor dent/paint body work I needed on my truck. This shop knows how to communicate with its customers, and called me daily to give me updates. Mark personally greeted me when I came to pick my truck up, and explained in detail exactly what was done. He even touched up a few areas for me at no charge. When there was a small problem with my power mirrors (which Im pretty sure was already broken and had nothing to do with McLeod at all), Mark took care of it as well. Cant really ask for more than that! I hope I dont have to come back, but I definitely will if I need to.

We have been customers since 1984 and for a number of years had 5 cars in the family. Needless to say we have had cars in for collision repairs over the years. Each time Mark and his crew restored our cars to new/factory condition. Never a shift in color over the years, post painting, and assembled parts remain in correct position. At the conclusion of the service the cars have always been cleaned inside and outside. Truly white glove service. No hassels with our insurance company, Mark takes care of everything. Accurate quotes and fair prices when having to pay out of pocket. Mcleod is a 5 star experience/service.

Its just a typical auto body shop, trying to take peoples money and do more than they need. It is a hobby of mine to paint cars, so i know about body work and paint. I didnt tell the guy there that i knew about body work, so he tried to charge me $1800 for all kinds of things I didnt need, i needed to fix a couple of scratches by the way. It was kind of amusing listening to him make up things about painting and all the procedures they were going to have to go through. My advice, if you dont know about cars and body work, dont go here, because they will pick up on that and try and over charge you.
