I supposed to give a five star review since Ive been membership almost one year. But i was really upset yesterdays experience. Some some reason I forgot to transfer the available payment to my auto pay credit card this month, and I went to the gym at night without bring my credit card ( I never go to gym with credit card). The I told them I will bring the card tomorrow ( I usually go to gym everyday) or I will transfer the payment tonight so they can try tomorrow. The worker ( she is new) told me thats ok, so she lets me in. I was in the restroom and the another worker told me that I have to make a payment right now, thats was really embarrassing when you are in a restroom and someone speak with you outside. I went out to tell another worker the situation again and she told me I am not allowed in without the payment RIGHT NOW! I know that is my fault for the late payment. But it is very rude for them to do that to me. I do not want to go home( I love pretty far)to go get the card and come back to exercise, people who always go to gym know that we have plan for work out everyday. I mean I dont want to waste the time. I called my friend who lives near by and send me a credit card for make a payment. When I have the card ready the worker(who talked with me at the restroom) was busy with other new memberships, leave me about five minutes! And it was very embarrassing when you standing the counter alone with with all your exercise staff and not allowed to walk in. I finally walked to the worker who is new and more nice to me to made the payment. The whole process made me very angry! I dont know the worker who talked me in the restroom. Ive never see her before, she was super busy with everyone and everything. I was always happy with the gym until this bad experience happened, it influenced me a lot. I mean, one late payment, I am not the new membership, do you have to ask me to go out?! Moreover, I was transferring the money at that time, everybody should know that the bank needs the processing time. She asked me transfer and I did, I told her it needs time, you can try tomorrow. She just DO NOT believe me!!! I have never had this kind of bad customer service before, it really pissed me off. It happened on May 31, around 9pm. Just remained some worker should really treat your customer nicer!!!

First off do NOT come here. I used to come regularly at night up until they had a male employee who would go into the Female locker room that has showers in it while I was changing without knocking or anything!! He would go into "clean" yet he would just want to go in random times whenever there was females in the locker. He would just bring in spray bottle and a cloth and go into the restroom stall?? I felt horribly violated. Every time and I mean every time I would go in he would seem to always have something else to "clean". I told the person in the front desk. They just stated oh yeah that employee has done that before. Okay??? Nothing was done about it. It was just a horrible experience there was several girls that had that same experience. The service is horrible!! I stopped coming and signed up for another gym but I was still paying for this retro membership which when I signed up with help of an employee that it was a "no contract" which I stressed a lot that I didnt want a contract so I came into cancel my membership about a month later which was today and they told me I signed up for a 12 month agreement. When I asked the employee specifically for a no contract agreement. This was so irritating. I then explain that I signed up for another gym and I told them the experience I had with their perverted employee and that I had complained about it but nothing was done about it. They said that they could assure me that that wasnt going to happen again. Which obviously I wasnt going to believe because they didnt even bother to train their employees properly in the first way. The managers were so insensitive it was ridiculous now Im stuck paying for a horrible gym until next July. Im going to seek some legal consultation just to see what can be done because I will not come here again when I do not even feel comfortable being in this area. It was so bad as I walked away still having my issue unresolved and literally in tears just wanting nothing to do with this gym. While I was walking away I turned and These so called managers gave each other a celebratory clap while laughing at my situation it was so disgusting. This isnt how a gym is suppose to be and I suggest to anyone just pay a little extra for a better gym with properly trained managers and employees.

Its $20 a month and the staff is friendly, but not aggressively so. Ive been to other gyms where personal trainers try to gang press you into upgrading. SO pleased this is not an issue here. I like to be left alone. Now, for the faults. The music is very loud (but not so much as to overpower your own iPod) but it does make it rather hard for the cleaning crews and customers to hear each other when occupying/cleaning the bathroom facilities. I have been walked in on. Thankfully, I was fully clothed, but the music makes it very hard to hear anything resembling a knock, whistle, or a hey, cleaning crew here. All I heard was a slight muffle, which I falsely attributed to customers filling up at the drinking fountain. (PS there is a drinking fountain. Its right outside the womens locker room.) Anyway, he saw me, apologized, and left. It was awkward because I was busy angling myself beneath the air vent to cool down. Which brings me to another drawback. The temperature is kept at around 74-75 degrees. Not ungodly, but the cardio theater room is more like 77-78. This is due to lack of circulation, and bodies in motion. Meaning, if crowded, it can get very stuffy very fast (read: anyone wearing or NOT wearing perfume, deodorant, or body sprays will be noticed even in a dark room). Still, its an amazing feature that I love about this gym. So, thats it. Good parking, freeway adjacent, nice staff, a bar that Ive never ordered from, but notice boasts a variety of health snacks and an impressive list of drinks. The place is kept clean by staff, while customers are provided with towels and spray at every trashcan to wipe down the equipment after use. For $20 a month, its a pretty sweet deal.

This location has two listings on Google. This is a copy of my other review plus additional complaints. The staff is friendly and its pretty clean for a gym. The dumbbell area can get crowded and there is only one smith rack and one leg press. Other than that there is generally no wait for equipment during the day. The temp is always 77deg unless you get there before the sun comes up. "According to the American College of Sports Medicines Health/Fitness Facility Standards and Guidelines, the "ideal" air temperature range for a health/fitness facility is 68-72 degrees." If you want to come lose a bunch of water weight then great. Otherwise your workout will suffer. Ive talked to the front desk and one of the very friendly trainers that all agree but nothing gets done. The smoothie bar has a good selection and the prices are what you can expect at the gym. The down side is that the ice cubes are from unfiltered water that makes your smoothie taste like a swimming pool. Additionally, there is now a fitness show/infomercial being filmed in an already undersized gym. The production takes up the entire floor work area plus large moving sections of the weight/machine areas. So, we are paying a membership to be pushed out of the way by a film crew that is paying the gym to be there...
