I used to love this place! Have been a member for over 15 years and now my account is on a medical hold due to a accident I was in and they accidentally charged me for 2 months. No problem, I called the corporate office to have it corrected and the charges were reversed. But, the money never went it my account. Called again, was told the same thing and still the money never showed up. I have been trying to reach them for over 4 weeks now to get this resolved, calling daily, and leaving numerous messages every single day. Not one single response. Ever. I have even reached HR and explained my story. Still no one has returned my call. I now am left with no choice but to take legal action. I used to be their biggest fan, and recommend them to everyone, but with this type of customer service, I am going to get my money back and move on. Quickly. They have wasted so much of my time and energy, and what they are doing is corrupt. Please do not waste your time or money here. If you have any issues, they will not get resolved. Im sure they will be closing their doors soon. You cant run a business with that type of customer service.

This is whole place is works on lie workers like gold diggers first day they talk really nice and trying to trick people my mom and my sister werent happy machines arent even working properly they charge extra money for no reason one day we ask for refund for the extra charges same worker was being very disrespectful she even ask us I can cancel your membership we werent even ask them for canceling after all my mom and sister wanted to cancel membership because they were very mad about stuff and machines dont join there its just waste of money they dont even deserve half star

So bad place discrimination in it they are so fake and they took more money than i want they said we will give back to you but they didnt they said you supposed the read agreement after i went there five times and they say we are sorry to we supposed the give you that money but they didnt. So the place is so bad i will go to the court for my rights so dont go this place my 10 friends decided to not go too.
