To start: There a few great instructors that have much to offer members of all skill levels. However, my negative experience is beyond the positive aspects of this place. After contacting the owner via email (which was ignored), i had to resend the message to get a reply. At this point i was told my membership was cancelled. Over a week later i had money for the next month ($116) withdrawn from my account as well as another miscellaneous charge which i contacted the owner about. This email was IGNORED AGAIN! I chose to resend the email, after which i had finally received a response, stating that the charges would be looked into. After no response and 14 days of waiting i emailed Kara (Owner) again to check the progress of having the charge reversed and the miscellanies charge checked. I finally received a response. After another few emails between the owner and i informing her that her statements in previous emails contradicted her current policy, and that she owed money i was finally told she would return it to my account... After a week it was there, THEN 2 DAYS LATER IT DISAPPEARED AGAIN!!! I contacted her about it requesting her to "please place the money back in my account" with no response IS THIS THEFT!? Not sure what to do other than to go in and demand that my money be returned. I am not typically confrontational, and id usually let this slide but this violates most of what i believe in, that all things can be worked out with communication.

Arrow has an amazing community of people and coaches that help to lift you up, and coach you to be the best athlete you can be regardless of where you are starting from. I highly recommend checking them out and trying a few classes for free... you will be hooked!
