Sean Rowan and Spiritual Fitness

The La Verne LA Fitness is a great facility, Ive been a LA Fitness member for many years. Even though I have access to any LA Fitness, La Verne is my primary location. The gym is clean and well equipped. Everyone from bodybuilder to fitness nuts to senior citizens to active couch potatoes workout here, it has something for everyone. An additional benefit that you dont find at most other LA Fitness (or other gyms in general) is the mens and womens lockeroom have their own private steam room and jacuzzi. They tend to use too much chlorine in the jacuzzi, but with the number of people who use it I can understand why. Also, they have really stepped up there game in lockeroom cleanliness. About a year ago it was not so good; however it has improved a great deal. The maintenance staff seem to be on top of their game, thats more than can say for other places Ive worked out at.

Working out is something everyone wants to do, but this place makes it quick and easy. The place is always ordered and clean, and the employees are the epitome of courteous and swift behavior. It is also located near a smoothie bar, a gym shop, and some other neat places and since it is on foothill, its within the driving range of many people. Fun gym community and I would encouage many to venture there! Only suggestion is avoid this place like the plague if you work out at nights...they close very early on the weekends and on Friday.

Working out at the LaVerne location can be a bit trying at times, but the staff has been encouraging and helping me step up my workouts to achieve goals that I have set. I was coming in 6 times a week but making no progress, and thanks to Francine, I have been able to work smarter and now I am getting results! Keep up the good work guys, you are All-stars in my book.

I signed up with a personal training counselor by the name of Moira. She was extremely helpful and I managed to loose 35lbs in 5 months, Very helpful indeed due to the courtesy of them handing out nutritional guidance and workout plans. The prices have dropped tremendously and I am very happy with the new and advanced personal training staff. Very genuine.

This site has a good location: easy to reach by public and private transportation. Its less crowded than other franchises in the area, and is one of the few with a steam sauna as well as dry. The Jacuzzis are located in the gender-separated locker-room spaces and are thus much smaller than other sites coed facilities. Friendly staff.

My wallet and my friends bag were stolen there in a locked cabinet, the staff were helpless while other guys told me I was not the only one. My bike was hit down by somebody in its parking lot, and again, no footage cause the CCTV cant cover the whole lot. I mean, even as a LA Fitness, it sucks.

Early mornings and late nights is the best time to come before it gets packed. Very clean gym, friendly staff, but lacking in classes offered. Would really love to see more zumba glasses offered early mornings (before 8am) and on the weekends.

I come back every summer from college and staff is also very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy taking the body works plus abs class, I can really push myself and feel my body toning up after each class.

The restrooms were disgusting. Period blood, feces, and used toilet paper on the toilet seats. I had to go home to use the restroom. And the toys in the Kids Club dont work and most likely will never work.

The temperature in the pool is erratic, sometimes too cold and sometimes too warm! Ive asked the staff to adjust, but nothing happened. I lost two towels when I swam in a month!

This place is crap. So dirty here. So early in the morning and the locker area is already thrashed like a gym high school. Come on people take pride in what you do.
