The ultimate luxury gym and the cleanest gym on the planet. Robert the owner is an amazing coach for the physical and mental aspects of getting and remaining in shape. Anthony and all the staff are extremely respectful, helpful and enthusiastic. The boot camp is kick a... and losing weight like crazy. Also they have a spa owner by amber called facial lounge. Amazing facials and treatments. I looovvve this place. Like a second home. Every imaginable piece state of the art equipment and classes galore. Friendly bunch of members too!!!!!

Ive been a member since Shape-Up opened their doors in 1982, back then it was called Magic Movement. I was 44. The owner and staff are truly caring, knowledgable and dedicated to helping each member be the best that they can be to reach their full potential. Everyone know your name. Its a club for all ages with various programs and incentives as well as nutritional counseling. Im proud to be a member for over 34 years. Im more fit now than I was at 44.
