I love coming here three times a week! This gym has old fashioned free weights, kettle bells, sleds, and has garage doors that slide up to let the sun and fresh air in. I look forward to it even though it is 40 minutes away from my warm bed and my session with Mike starts at 6! Never in a million years would I think this would happen when I started. Besides getting to know all of the different trainers that I see daily, I love the fun atmosphere here the best. It makes some grueling workout days belly laughing/side splitting fun. Scotty the Body cracks me up with him sitting on the sled with his coffee and having his clients push. I love to see the trainers having fun with the clients the most! Mike, Kevin, Cary, Beth, and Stacy are always so positive and want to see you succeed! What an amazing group of people they have here at NLF. I keep coming back for the trainers! This is not a gym for the people that are here for a meat market. You will sweat here, you may bleed here, and you probably will cry here (I got the "blood/sweat/ & tears award" here one day when I missed the jump box!) NLF is for people that are serious about wanting to put their health and fitness as a priority. Mike Wrice is my trainer and this guy really has a gift with knowing how muscles work. A while ago, I pulled a muscle in my abs, and he was able to work every single other ab muscle but that one. Mike has changed my life for the better. I have had so much fun getting to know the gals I train with as we push each other to our hardest and best. Travis, the owner, is always there to greet members with a huge smile and has motivational quotes on his daily dry erase board. Even when it is packed in the morning, the gym is clean with organized equipment. People are courteous and encouraging. This place is really a gem hidden on Skypark Circle! I love Next Level Fitness, and it has taken this 35 year old mom to such a good shape that I havent seen since my cross country days in high school =) Even then, I dont think I was in this great of shape doing it healthily. I cant speak more highly of this place! It does get busy in the morning for showers...maybe one day it can expand to have a bigger locker room for the morning crunch. I come home and shower though so it doesnt effect me. Try NLF! You owe it to yourself and it is money well spent!

Getting in shape can be an arduous task. I wasnt doing it on my own and I knew I needed a trainer and facility that would help me get where I need to be. I searched for a few places and even tried another facility. I heard about Next Level from yelp reviews and decided to check them out. I am SOOOO glad that I did. I have only been attending Next Level for a couple of months but I feel like family. I am always greeted by a friendly face. Travis really seems to care about everyone that comes into his facility. It shows by the amount of attention he pays to every single person coming in and out of the gym. He took the time to understand my needs and goals before pairing me with a trainer. He couldnt have picked a better trainer. I am pushed to my limit every day that I work out and know that people there are invested in my health. I have found the motivation and the people to help me reach my goals. People at the gym are focused and not the type to stand around machines just talking, like some of the other large chain gyms. Every person I encounter at the gym is really nice and it makes it feel like a home. There is plenty to keep me busy and no two workouts seem to be the same. I recommend this place up and down. Do yourself a favor and stop by to see why this is the right gym with the right people.

I started working with a personal trainer at Next Level Fitness via The Fitness Union in September 2011 for about 4 months. The results I received were phenomenal. Not only did I look better but I felt great. I then tried working out on my own but lacked the discipline and will power to commit to my routine. So I returned to Next Level Fitness since August 2012, being trained by Kevin Le of The Fitness Union. Im now motivated again and committed to training up to 5 days a week. Kevin Le also offers a free boot camp on Saturdays@10 a.m. I love the friendly staff at Next Level Fitness, its like a family there. Its also conveniently located within the same business park as the salon I work in, eliminating any excuses. If youre looking for a personal training gym with a highly experienced staff whose priority is to help motivate you to reach your fitness goals, try Next Level Fitness. Im confident youll enjoy it and become a part of the family as I have.

Its an awesome environment here!...Ive been training with Boris for a little over 2 years. He is really good at pushing his clients to the best of their abilities to achieve really good results. No one workout is ever the same...I would highly recommend him if you are looking to start your day in an extremely positive way. My work schedule is often unpredictable and he is very flexible as far as scheduling different days/times which is really helpful. The gym itself has a lot of different equipment...from the standard dumbbells and weight machines to treadmills and like...as well as tires, sleds and a whole bunch of other things. I feel like its a really welcoming atmosphere too because there are people here at all fitness levels working to get better and achieve results. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

I rarely write reviews but I thought I would take the time and write one for Next Level Fitness to let people know that the vibe is excellent here. Im sure there is better equipment out there somewhere, but I doubt there are better trainers. The trainers make the place; they are uniformly encouraging, they know their craft and they get results. The location is good - no fuss, no hype, just roll up the doors and get down to work now. Other people working out are courteous, smile when they can and I think even through the pouring sweat and are-we-in-church-because-I-keep-hearing-people-call-out-to-God everyone is having a good time. My only criticism - Travis - keep the audio dial set to "London-Ibiza-New York-Club" and not "Best of 80s Hair Metal" which gets turned on once in awhile ;).

Heard great things about this place from my friends so I decided to check it out. They gave me a free week with a personal trainer to test it out and it was exactly what I was looking for so I signed up. Let me just say, this place is awesome! They have a lot of room for floor exercises, machines, and cross fit training equipment. I like how they have a little store inside where I can get my supplements and lunch for the day if needed. Its a great place I recommend you try them out. You do need to be signed up with a personal trainer or in their yoga or zumba dance class to go though.
