I joined Stark back in 2010 in preparation for my 40th birthday. I always thought that I was in great shape until I actually saw (in B/W) what my body fat was compared to my weight. I then realized that as i am getting older, I needed to do something fast about it! The beauty of Stark, is that they train you and also teach you how to eat properly. The trainers are top notch and very well educated, as they are always learning what is new and innovative and are constantly taking classes by some well known folks in the industry. They also taught me that DIET is everything, not just showing up for workouts. They also have some great chiropractors and physical therapists on hand. Without that service, I would not be where I am today. I was originally 175 lbs and 24% body fat and am now am down to 155 lbs and 6% body fat! A truly magnificent transformation to a guy like me. I have a busy business life, just like everyone else, but through Starks amazing programs, client interaction, well knowledgable staff, and awesome atmosphere, I am able to reach all of my goals. I strongly recommend Stark to anyone who really wants to improve their way of life. They truly are life savers!

I started going to Stark last year to prepare for my wedding.. Little did I know if would be a complete life changer for me. For someone who hated everything about gyms, I was so reluctant to go in. As soon as I started my training though, my fears & intimidation about gyms faded. The team at Stark is not only professional, knowledgeable but the most inspiring group of people Ive been around. Their training programs are challenging & definitely help you achieve your goals. Obviously you have to do your part & keep a consistent schedule & stick with their diet programs. Im a few months away from my wedding now but going to Stark has developed to be so much more than getting in shape for the wedding.. Its about feeling amazing every day because of the amount of energy I have now, leading a balanced & healthy diet & surrounding myself with motivational people. I couldnt express more gratitude to these trainers especially Chelsea, who pushes me everyday to achieve my goals.

Being a soccer player my entire life I always thought I knew my bodys potential but Stark took it to an entirely different level. Through their tailored diet and workout plans Ive seen better results than I had throughout my soccer career. I am in the best shape of my life and stronger than Ive ever been. The great thing about Stark is the amount of care they give to each client. They take time to personalize programs based on my desired goals and you never get bored with the programs because they are constantly changing and challenging. I really enjoy their Saturday morning FIT classes. This is a group circuit workout that really gets you sweating! It is affordable and an amazing workout. Tyler is extremely encouraging and makes sure everyone is getting a great workout. Definitely the best gym around!!

I have been going to Stark training for over a year and I LOVE it. Stark has the best and most knowledgable staff I have ever trained with. All the trainers really care about the progress of everyone regardless of whether or not they are training you personally. They are always happy to answer questions and help you reach your goals. They make the workouts fun but always challenging. The atmosphere at the gym is awesome. Not only are the trainers and staff super friendly but the clients are as well. It truly is a family. I cannot recommend it highly enough. With the guidance of their professional staff I met and exceeded my fitness goals. At 51 I am in the best shape of my life. With over 2 years of training at Stark, Im comfortable saying that Stark is the best option for personal training available. My workout and diet was tailored for my lifestyle and goals, and of course, for results. The workouts were always incredibly challenging, and never once have I been injured from the intense training. They are always cognizant of my limitations and potential. At Stark, they understand and respect that I need peak performance in my daily life first, in the gym second. That is what I got. Peak performance in my daily life...good sleep, high energy throughout my day, and a lean, strong body. I have been training at Stark since January 2013 and have loved my experience! I started training there after my husband started training there and was happy with his experience and results. I have worked with other personal trainers and gyms in the past but always felt like they just wanted my membership. At Stark I feel like my trainer, Kristina and the other trainers that work there really want me to be there and accomplish my goals. Everyone is very positive, motivating and listens to you. When I first started working out at Stark I weighed 265 lbs, for a person thats only 55 in stature this is a lot. But Stark helped me shed the weight, every single person that works at stark is extremely motivational and attentive to their clients. They ensure in more ways than just by training and advising a good diet, that their clients get the help they need to succeed and reach their goals. I could honestly say that without the help and support that Ive gotten from Stark, I would not have lost 70 lbs on my own. Thank you Stark for getting me on the right track to healthy living

Ive always been an avid athlete, experimenting with various forms of weight and interval training. Most recently, I was a CrossFitter for two years. When I came to Stark 6 months ago, I was incredibly impressed by the in-depth level of knowledge both from a nutrition as well as biophysical perspective. They truly understand the human body and their trainers are top notch (Tyler is outstanding). They are way ahead of the curve and Im excited to see their newest developments in the coming months. Stark Training has changed my perception of fitness. They run a very respectable business and have taught me so much more about my body then just getting into shape. I used to play volleyball at USC and worked out 5 days a week, yet I find myself in better shape now, just working out at Stark twice a week. All of the trainers are so great to work with, and they have challenged me to get better both with my diet and workouts every week. The protein shakes you earn at the end are awesome too. I dont see myself ever not working out at Stark.

Ive been training at Stark for a couple of years and the knowledge base of the trainers at this gym surpasses all other gyms that I have ever been too. Their methods are scientifically supported for the quickest results based on your specific needs. I personally dropped 3% body fat in my first 3 weeks after having worked out on a constant bases for years with just stable results. I highly recommend this training facility for anyone who is looking for solid results that will be long lasting.
